I thoroughly enjoyed working with mike on Thursday. His ideas for shooting were original and fun very fun to execute. but yet free enough that we could play around with the ideas and develop them into some really beautiful art work. He was ready and waiting for me and the station and a very friendly guy to chat to and get a long with. A really great day and highly recommended.

Just had my second shoot with Mike today, and as I suspected it was an absolute pleasure. We had been planning this shoot since our last and I am blown away (not by the wind this time either!) by the results. Today we were working on a gothic water theme, gypsy high fashion, fashion with feathers, implied nude working with materials, crawling through frames in ballet shoes, and liquid latex.

All went smashingly, okay the latex was a bit of a mess and I couldn't stop laughing but it was great fun and I know from just taking a quick peak at the camera that we got some tremendous images out of just four hours work. I felt entirely comfortable and at home working with Mike, he's chatty and up for laugh and very professional with it. I can still and will highly recommend Mike.

Had a shoot with Mike today, we managed to organise something last minute as we both had the day free and it worked out really well!

Mike comes up with great ideas, and isn't afraid to try new things.

I had my first shoot with Mike today and hopefully not my last! We didn't really put much planning into the shoot and it was just as well with the weather being so horrible, which made things interesting. I really enjoyed every moment working with him, he was so chatty and friendly, and so easy to work with. I'm over the moon with so many of the images from today and can't wait to see the finished outcome. I would most definitely recommend working with Mike whether you are a newbie or professional, I can guarantee you will have many laughs, fun, and and fab images.

I had such a fun shoot with Mike on studio day at Yorkshire studios, he had several ideas he wanted to work on and pictures with him to help me understand what he was wanting to achieve. We worked through them all at a relaxed pace and his ideas were really creative so great fun to work on with him :)

Love some of the images I've seen so far and would happily work with him again!

Just had my first shoot with Lucastorixi and it was the most enjoyable shoot I've had in a while mainly down to the fact that we share the same taste in photography, angles and symmetry. The images we made were out of this world and I can't wait to see him in the morning for our second shoot of street photography, Thanks for such a creative modelling 'mojo boosting' evening!

Great shoot with Mike at a super location. He knew exactly what he wanted to achieve and made me aware from the start which made the whole shoot flow well. Creative and full of ideas, had a lovely afternoon and look forward to another shoot with mike in the future :-)

I did a home shoot with Mike which covered vintage fashion and some negligee as he wished to try his hand in these genres to see if he could "add some colour" and an "Audrey Hepburnesque" film noir aesthetic to his very nicely developing port. Despite his being relatively new to model photography (Mike has a background in architectural and landscape photography), I found Mike to be an absolute delight to shoot with.

Mike is friendly, chatty and approachable yet always appropriate, unassuming yet highly capable and not least, highly prepared with a clear idea of what he would like to achieve both aesthetically and concept-wise, yet at the same time actively encouraging my input as a model / artistic collaborator - which demonstrates a degree of respect and awareness of my other skills given my background in both Fashion and Fine Art.

He is passionate about his craft, takes pride in his work and is keen to do whatever he needs to do to learn and improve quickly. Not surprisingly time flew and I was absolutely delighted with some of the images he was able to achieve - particularly those towards the end of the session with a mixture of various sources of ambient and artificial light with a strong editorial, more fine art feel. Never formulaic, and with a very good eye for what works aesthetically, his shots made for some very beautiful and refreshingly different images. If the final images come out anywhere near as good as they appeared on the back of the camera- I will most definitely be proudly putting a selection on my port and a "share a shoot" discussion thread in the forums.

I would not hesitate to work with this gentleman again (I very much hope I can work with him again!) and would not hesitate to very highly recommend him to other models. Thank you Mike :) xxx

I applied for a casting put up by Mike and straight away ideas were flowing for the shoot and we quickly got outfits sorted and ended up planning a second shoot! On the day I set of and everything was fine but due to unforeseen circumstances on the train tracks I was over an hour late, Mike phoned me and we decided that I had already come half way and it was best to just carry on and met in Morecambe as soon as possible.

Once there Mike was friendly and had loads of ideas and wasn't too phazed by the sun's refusal to appear until quite late in the shoot. Very polite and easy to work with I highly recommend him as he was a pleasure to work with!

I worked with Mike a couple of days ago on an artistic nude and portraiture shoot. We shot at an indoor location to get to studio feel for experimentation with lighting, and although Mike, to this point, had mainly worked on specific outdoor location settings, he adapted techniques wonderfully to achieve varied results and sculpt the image in which we had pre-discussed. His articulate patience and eye for interesting effects are utterly applaudable; and that's not even mentioning his actively determined approach! At no point did Mike settle for less, he constantly manoeuvred himself to get the best possible angles and framing. I very much look forward to our next shoot session in which we are already on the way with discussions! :)

It is always lovely when you gel instantly upon beginning a shoot. The terrific thing with Mike was that he very much welcomed my input and always gave excellent feedback with poses he like so we were able to bounce off one another with a tremendous creative harmony.

To summarise I certainly have no doubts that other models will have a very enjoyable time working with Mike. His communication methods are 10 out of 10. Person to person he is sweet, professionally minded, respectful and easy to bounce off with a fun rapport - I for one certainly recommend him very highly!
