Olga Kryzhanivska is passionate about vintage clothing, spending hours to create her own costumes. As we were working together I gave a vague description of the controversial painting of a French woman. She beamed recognition, said "Madame X!" and instantly moved her dress just off her shoulder. I can only pay homage to that painting and to Olga by rendering this as close as I can to that vintage.
