Well what can I say about Lizzie, what a great model and very fun with a great sense of humour. I've got some wonderful images from today's shoot, and she made it hard for me to choose which ones to use. It's great to work with a model who is also a photographer as she knows what works and what doesn't. Lizzie comes very highly recommended from me and defo one of the best models I have had the pleasure to work with. :) Thank you Lizzie ;) XX

Was part of a group shoot with Lizzie on Sunday and am certainly very glad I was.

Lizzie is a great model with a fabulous look and an excellent attitude and sense of humour.

She knows what she is doing and it shows in the images, I am very happy with the results and hope to work with her again.

If you are thinking of booking her, just do so, you will not be disappointed.

I had an awesome all day'er with the seriously gorgeous and talented Lizzie Bayliss at the weekend.

Right from word go I found her friendly, welcoming and really easy to get on with - things seemed to click and the creativity seemed to flow so easily. I loved the collaborative feel that existed during our shoot.

Lizzie has a great eye for composition, light and detail (probably because, as well as being a model, she's also an excellent photographer too) that she draws on while modelling. Lizzie's poses were beautiful and natural when required - when jaunty and angular was needed, that's exactly what I got - superb poses everytime!

I was deluged with so many cool and beautiful photos from the day.

the food was yummy too (thanks again) :)

would I recommend Lizzie? ABSOLUTELY!!!

a big thanks for the day Lizzie - greatly appreciated :) :)

Lizzie had been in my "want to work with" list for sometime. We message exchanged and set a date for our shoot. Great, clear articulate pre-shoot communications, Lizzie was well pepared for our shoot.

The added bonus of working with Lizzie is that she is an excellent photographer, you only have to look at her work to see this. Interestingly we both have the same passion for travel photography so we had a good chat abot Cambodia & Vietnam during our shoot. Lizzie is equally passionate about photography as her modelling.

Lizzies place has stacks of charcater, with endless opportunities. We worked with natural light in many different places and then onto some studio lights. It became obvious that I was going to run out of time, As Lizzie didn't have a following shoot, she was able to allow me a further hour - something I was very grateful for.

We worked very well together ensuring, lighting, composition and pose were spot on with stunning subtle variation on each frame.

Summary; fantastic model to work with - highly highly reccomemded - catch her In Wolverhampton before she moves - I certainly plan to shoot her at her new place next year.

Thanks Lizzie you are a star !

What more can one say about Lizzie but that she is a beautiful intelligent lady and the consummate professional.

From the time I entered her lovely home I' m sure that time went into overdrive as one style of image blended seamlessly into the next with Lizzie in total control of her poses yet happy to provide that all important harmony between model and photographer.

Ours was an excellent " collaborazione " with many superb images which I shall cherish

The four hour shoot raced by so my only option will be to shoot with Lizzie again which I shall do as soon as possible and with the greatest of pleasure.

Thanks Lizzie e a presto

I had my second shoot with Lizzie yesterday, once again at her home studio in Wolverhampton. Pre-shoot communications were, as always, to the point and timely. Sadly the 8 hour (full day) shoot was shortened by 2 hours due to delays caused by Arriva and Virgin Trains, however we still managed to get through a lot of variety and Lizzie kindly went through a few editing techniques with me after the shoot upon reviewing our day’s work (which was beyond our intended finishing time).

Lizzie doesn’t just go through the motions of posing in front of the camera; ask her to help you with lighting and idea execution and she will do that, even going so far as suggesting where best to stand/kneel/sit/crouch and what f-stop to use! This was most helpful when working to recreate the vintage Hollywood noir and collaborating on mirror work (my aim being that once finished, the mirror reflection doesn’t match – both in reflection and/or outfit) and though my initial concept differed from the end result (maybe due to my poor explanation), we came away with some good, workable results all the same.

All in all, a great, fun second shoot with some good banter thrown in, as I knew it would be and hopefully we can close off a few of the ideas we missed out on in another shoot in the future.

Over the weekend I had the opportunity to have my second photo shoot with Lizzie

Shooting at her home Lizzie was the perfect hostess, with the house offering a great range of photographic opportunities.

Lizzie is both a model and photographer so her input is invaluable.

Working through a range of sets including vintage style clothing to match the period surroundings, Lizzie was both fun and rewarding to work with, a highly talented model, Lizzie enables you to obtain some stunning images

Working with Lizzie is always rewarding and I am now looking to set up my third photo shoot with her at her new home.

Highly recommended

As a relative newcomer to the world of model photography, I decided to take the advise of varoius group posts, along the FAQ section here on PP to book an experienced model for one of my first model shoots. Lizzie was amongst those most frequently mentioned as being able to offer advise from both sides of the lense.

I booked and afternoon session with Lizzie, at her home, and I must say it was a pleasure. She offered guidance with different light setups, showing the effects that each on has. She moved effortlessly from pose to pose, allowing me to concentrate on taking pictures, and then offered advise when we stopped to review each picture afterwards.

Her refernces speak for themselves, and as a newcomer I would highly recommend her too. The whole afternoon gave me an invaluble experience which I can now build on. I look forward to working with her again.

Thanks Lizzie!

I had my first photo shoot with Lizzie at her home studio on Monday and didn’t know quite what to expect. She delivered on a great “study/office” location, in fact more than one, and provided studio flash to add fill-in for the plentiful natural daylight.

Lizzie herself produced a wonderful retro secretary look with flawless makeup, as well as a period telephone and typewriter. She’s fun, engaging and easy to work with. Needs little direction, but responds well when provided with some. Through good pre-shoot communications she was aware of what I was trying to capture and able to deliver both pose and facial expression. I’ll be posting some images for members shortly.

I think it goes without saying, given her many positive references, that I look forward to working with her again myself and would not hesitate to recommend her to other photographers.

I booked a shoot with Lizzie for an afternoon session, taking advantage of her inclusive 1-2-1 photographic tutorial skills. Just to be clear, you book an afternoon or a day with Lizzie and if you are unsure on a particular aspect of photography, she will gladly help you, as she did with me, for no extra charge!

I was met at the door, and even though I was a little early, greeted enthusiastically, given the grand tour of her 1950's (my guess, don't quote me on it) house, which has some great photographic opportunities, fantastic natural light, and a large garden area that is relatively secluded and apparently suitable for art nude, although I didn't take advantage of that as I wanted to use the interior of the house.

When I revisit Lizzie (which I surely will) I'll want to use the garden as it really has some great spaces. She also has a home gym in one of the upstairs bedrooms which I'd also like to use to shoot some fitness stuff. And there was the bedroom with the brass bed. And the huge bathroom.... And And And.

You get the idea. Unless you are really truly lacking in inspiration, you will find something to stir your photographic juices in Lizzie's house.

After the tour me and Lizzie took time to go over my mood board, look at the three sessions I had planned, then work out which one should be done first, while at the same time, looking at the options throughout the day, with regards to available light levels.

For the first session we used Lizzie's home studio. This is just about long enough for my cropped camera to use a 28-70 at the 70mm end of the zoom and still get full length shots.

An 85mm on a cropper would also work here, but probably only for three quarter or head and shoulder work.

Lizzie has three seamless backgrounds (grey, white, black) and also some green screen material, but we went with Grey, setup two Bowens, one with a reflector and grid, the other with a strip softbox with grid, and played with lighting positions, with Lizzie giving me the benefit of her experience as a great photographer, as well as giving me the benefit of her great work as a model.

It's an awesome combination!

After this session, we moved onto natural light (with some assistance from a fill flash) to shoot cheeky '50's style' cooking in underwear and pinny stuff. This was at the very start, my idea, but Lizzie built on my ramblings to come out with an outfit, a pose, and also the suggestion of the fill flash.

After this we did some great work in the dining area, in her bedroom, where she posed in various outfits while playing with a sexy telephone (private joke :) ) and rounded off the day with some voyeuristic shots through the bathroom door that played with DOF.

Anyway, the afternoon flew by, with Lizzie constantly chatting to me about technique, style, and lighting options, breaking from poses to inspect my work and offer suggestions. But she did this all in a non-intrusive way, allowing me to work uninterrupted when I wanted to, only really breaking in when I paused for thought.

A lot of stuff has been written in this references section noting Lizzie as being intelligent, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly, to list but a few, but unless you actually work with her you won't realise that she really is so very cool at all of these things. Spend just a few minutes with Lizzie and even if you have never met her before you will soon find yourself collaborating with someone who can make intelligent and respectful suggestions, while producing high level poses that look great every time.

If you've thought about booking Lizzie, but hesitated, as I have done, just do it, particularly if, like me, you want some help with specific areas of photography.

Highly recommended!

Lizzie is one of the nicest, intelligent, knowledgeable and it goes without saying most beautiful people you could ever wish to meet. She made me feel so at ease throughout the day, and helped on every level to obtain the best possible lighting/angles/settings etc.

Thank you so much for the experience, I am looking forward to future shoots.

It's a bit like - "what do you get the person that has everything" - kind of thing. What do you say about Lizzie Bayliss that hasn't been said before?

I arrived at Lizzie's home ahead of time, couldn't get an answer at the door, so I went back to my car to send a text. I was aware of a movement to my left, turned and thought Oh My God. There, standing in the doorway was a vision of perfectness, partly leaning on the door frame, wearing a dressing gown and that unmistakeable look. Oh My God! She is indeed as beautiful as the images on her portfolio, absolutely stunning and, with an air of confidence, asked me in.

Over a cup of tea we discussed ideas as if we had known one another for ages - and then, down to business. The house is beautiful (like its owner) and one would be hard pushed to run out of ideas for shooting. Lizzie is an accomplished photographer as well as a superb model and all through the shoot I picked up tips and ideas that would only come from someone that works on both sides of the lens. The four hour shoot was over in a flash (pun intended) but the material that I came away exceeded my expectations, I'm like a child in a sweet shop, what to process first - HELP!

Lizzie was on my model "Top Three" list and justifiably remains there. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lizzie to any photographer, whether a novice or expert AND I will most definitely be making the pilgrimage again next year.

Lizzie - Thank you, it was a real pleasure to meet and work with you.

Have you ever met your idol or somebody you have admired. Were you nervous meeting them in case they didn't live up to your expectation?? This was the case when I met Lizzie - she was one of the first models I found on PP and one of my bucket list of models to shoot with. I had been trying to shoot with her for ages. Well I finally got the chance and wasn't disappointed. She is a great model, fab photographer and all round good egg!

Pre communications were great. She was warm and welcoming from the first minute, relaxed, chatty and really chilled. We shot from her fabulous home - she took me round each room and pointed out the possibilities in each. We shot four different sets and I got great images on each.

Would I recommend Lizzie - hell yeah, would I work with Lizzie again......already saving up!!

Thanks Lizzie for the shoot and your help and advice to make every shot as good as it could be.

As always with Lizzie pre meet communications were fantastic and were it not for the wretched Midlands motorway network on a Friday it would have been a perfect trip to Lizzie's place for a combined shoot/ tuition session.

Working with Lizzie in a collaborative manner was a joy and she clearly knows her onions in terms of lighting and composition. The modelling aspect goes without saying and there are few models I suspect who can match her ability to just move onto the most marvellous poses combined with her wonderful looks. The time literally flew by and a more engaging and interesting model you couldn't hope to meet.

So at the end of the session I left Miss Bayliss very happy with both the whole experience and the results from the shoot. Are all her glowing references justified? Indeed they are!

Just thought Id pass by and talk briefly about the Lizzie Bayliss experience!

She ventured south to cover two sold out events; one her studio day and later in the month her Masterclass lighting event spreading over 2 days with Angel.

Here is woman who has bearly arrived into her twenties and yet has achieved so much and no doubt will achieve much more. She is without a doubt the most efficient and switched on driven model I have had the pleasure to work with. Her organisation and motivation for both these events was faultless and I only questioned whether I could deliver to her high standards.

I very much hope she will venture back down these parts soon within her busy schedule…. to teach to model really what ever! …..

Models watch how she works … because she's the real deal.

Thanks lizzie

My first shoot with Lizzie at her beautiful home, she is the consummate professional model with stunning looks and wonderful ability to make the shoot both fun and productive. The four hour shoot was just too short, Lizzie is great fun to work with and very knowable about modelling and photography.

I can highly recommend Lizzie to any photographer, what ever their level of experience, she will bring both beauty and knowledge to your work.

I cant wait to shoot Lizzie again, and will be arranging a second shoot very soon.

Thanks Lizzie for a great afternoon shoot.

I spent a day with Lizzie and had the double pleasure of combing a very informative lighting session alongside a wonderful photo shoot

I have to say it was an absolute pleasure to be in Lizzie's company. She is a stunning model, has great curves and and bone features, as well as a great sense of humour. We had a good laugh along the way and were never short of conversation

Lizzie certainly knows the business of modelling and is no mean photographer either! I learned a lot from her (from both a photographer and models point of view) and I hope others will agree that the results I achieved shows that

Would I recommend Lizzie Bayliss to others?

I certainly would. A gorgeous girl, who knows the business and helps ensure the photographer gets the shots he wants and sometimes (like me) exceed his own expectations

Thank you, Lizzie. I learned a lot and I am looking forward to working with you again soon x

Oh My lordy lord where do I start!

I had the pleasure of meeting Lizzie yesterday and attending her studio lighting workshop, wow! Mad as a hatter but extremely professional with her knowledge, guidance and instruction. A complete pleasure to work with and be entertained by!

It was my first experience in a studio environment and Lizzie made it the best experience and atmosphere I could have hoped for, any nerves or trepidations I had prior to arriving were swiftly swept away with her charismatic personality, I can only highly recommend anybody who has not yet had the pleasure to meet or work with Lizzie to bloody get a move on because she is ace!

I had the pleasure of Photographing Lizzie on a Lightning Masterclass Workshop run by her at Eyebox studio. As always, Lizzie looks great and has very creative poses. She's very friendly, laid back and Professional. It was well worth attending her workshop; the most enjoyable photography workshop I've yet attended. It was very relaxed, fun and I got some great pictures. I would easily recommend Lizzie to anyone.
