Had my first shoot with this fantastic young lady. Communication before shoot was excellent. This was her first 50s style shoot and she was a natural.

Very easy to get on with which resulted un lots of chat through out the shoot. 2 hrs just flew by and I can highly recommend working with her.

What a wonderfully relaxed shoot we had. Having done very little in the last 2 years, I was just a little nervous but there was no need as Mel was very relaxed and patient. These things are always a cooperative effort between model and photographer and this certainly was. We both had good ideas which we worked on together and I got some great images. Mel is such a beautiful and friendly girl with great looks and personality. Communication was good, she found me a great derelict location and brought some really useful outfits. I had a great time and it seems that Mel did too. Thoroughly recommended!

Finally got to meet with the lovely PurpleTundraX. Mel knew a great derelict location and brought great outfits and the weather even improved! Everything was very relaxed and she was so easy to work with. Once she settled in, PurpleTundraX delivered amazingly beautiful images. Mel has a real beauty that belies her work and has a real captivating quality. She was enthusiastic and hard working She pleasantly surprised me with her great look and charming personality. I would hope we can arrange further shoots and she comes highly recommended for any photographers in Scotland. Thanks Mel for a great shoot!

Met Mel at a location she suggested for an outdoor shoot. She braved the rather chilly wind to give me the chance at the shots I was after. We discussed looks and outfits as we went along, and came up with some fun ideas. We had a good laugh and a lot of fun.

It was Mel's suggestion to meet at South Queensferry and it was an inspired idea. Beautiful day and the rocky shoreline and Forth Bridges made a great backdrop. Melissa was on time and we found a quiet area to shoot. She was quite happy to clamber over rocks and perch on boulders and wood flotsam for a shot. We chatted away and time flew by. We will definitely shoot together soon. I highly recommend PurpleTundraX.

What a delightful person to work with. Arrived on time with a bag of clothes and ready to work. This was our second shoot together, the first in the studio and we are planning on more shoots together, especially outside shoots as the weather gets more agreeable.

I recommend her 100% to any photographer.

This is one awesome model. Melissa is an absolute star. Our planned location shoot had to be shelved because of the atrocious weather but Melissa took us to an abandoned mill site where she braved the cold and the wind and the wet to produce some great images.

I have never seen a model so happy and chatty and professional as she was, taking everything in her stride.

We didnt get as many shots as I had hoped due to the conditions but I was well pleased and impressed with her performance as a model and her positive attitude throughout.

This young lady is one of the best and will not disapppoint. Good communications and banter and models beautifully in the most adverse conditions. Cant wait to see what she can do next time I book her - in a warm studio - without a doubt. Thanks Melissa - you made my day!! And I love your great sense of humour xx

What a star this young lady is. Great communications before setting out yesterday. The further north we went the worse the weather got and by the time we got to our appointed photo site, the roads were flooded the wind was almost gale force and the rain was lashing down. Did this put this lovely young lady off, not a bit. We sat in the car and planned a new route back and found an old church . Not to be outdone of our shoot we did a shoot in the church remains whilst the wind howled round us and the rain kept falling. I must admit it was the worst conditions that I have ever photographed in. Never a complaint from Melissa. We got some pictures and when we left we went for a coffee just to warm ourselves up. Over coffee we discussed another three of four shoots next year. Hopefully the weather will not be as bad as yesterday.

Finally, Melissa is a wonderful model and a charming person to be with, I can't thank her enough for what she had to go through yesterday. I am looking forward to next year and starting on the projects we discussed.

Many thanks Melissa for making my day so enjoyable today in spite of the weather. :-)

Great shoot as always with Melissa, we had discussed outfits and ideas before the shoot but a last minute road closer made us need to change plans. She does her own makeup for shoots and always happy with the result. Always happy to discuss poses and ideas and she has a good sense of humour which makes working with her so easy.

Next planned shoot will be a studio and can't wait to shoot with her again.

Another great shoot with the beautiful and talented Melissa. Mel fought off the local wildlife in the park we were shooting in and as usual wasn't fazed with the crazy positions I was trying to get her in! A true pro in front of the camera and a lovely lady to work with.. Roll on our next shoot..

Had my second shoot with Melissa today and she braved a cold January day to shoot in an abandoned mill. Even though it was freezing Melissa powered through the shoot like the professional she is. Melissa needs very little direction and freely posed for each set we done. Pre shoot comms were excellent as usual and she even turned up early for our shoot.. A fantastic model with a great attitude..

Had a great wee shoot with Melissa today, she made the effort of coming down to Ayr, was early which worked out better. Got to the location and got started, such a natural model and great fun to work with. There was no awkward silences just constant chat. Even with the freezing weather she was a trooper. It would be an absolute pleasure to work with Melissa again and again.

First shoot with the wonderful and beautiful Melissa. We shot at a country park with an autumn theme and even thou it was a cold day this didn't deter Mel one bit. Melissa brought a good outfit selection and need very little direction when posing. Pre shoot comms were spot on and we exchanged a few ideas before the shoot. Melissa was very easy to work with and came across as professional in every aspect of our shoot. I would work with melissa again and would recommend her as a model.

First time working with Mel, and was an absolute pleasure. Usually the first meeting can be quite awkward, but having had great communication prior to the shoot, ensured that there were no awkward silences between us. Her philosophy of "winging it" around our theme worked well and we managed to create some great images (in camera anyway ;) ), and can't wait to work with her again in the future.

We had our first shoot together on Tuesday past. This was my first time using a studio for over 10 years but Melissa was very patient and understanding.

Melissa's pre-shoot communications was very good, she showed up on time and came prepared with outfits as discussed.

Throughout the shoot Melissa was very good at working both with and without direction, she was chatty and bubbly.

I have no hesitation on recommending her and I will be booking again
