I'm Lianne, welcome to my Purpleport!
I am a Walsall based makeup artist, who loves anything glitter or neon ! (Other styles are available… 😉😀)
I’d like to think I’m friendly and easy to get along with and will bring fun to any project I'm involved with!
Some of my previous work includes:
- Face painting at the 2022 pollinations event in Birmingham
- Face painting for a charity event
- Twycross zoo - makeup on staff and scare actors for their Halloween event 2021 ‘horrors of the wild’
- This morning live 2019 - part of a team on a stand promoting makeup and doing makeovers for the general public
- Snow hill - various corporate events such as Diwali, Halloween and Christmas for staff makeup
- Cosford -police training excercise
- various photo shoots
The qualifications I hold are :
-Focus awards level 3 certificate in makeup artistry (RQF)
-Foundation degree in arts
-BaHons award upper division in specialist hair and media makeup
-Master of Arts prosthetics for film and Tv (obtained February 2024)
Not only am I a makeup artist, but I enjoy creating props for photo shoots too, previously I have made several crown pieces,( including two ridiculously large ones that barely fit in the back of the car !) sceptres including one for a jester and for the queen of hearts , along with some decorative pieces such as a collar and some roses from playing cards to match the theme, a mask for a clown, a set of hair falls with braids which have been used over a few shoots with different models, set decor including decorated vases, a crystal ball and tarot cards along with fake books, and my most recent item is a handmade lace top, including hand beading and a silicone heart . I’ll update my prop work into a separate folder when I get chance!
I have limited experience with hair, but can do basics and am always willing to learn how to do other things!

It might be worth noting that my rate depends on the style of makeup, travel and duration of the booking.
