Liber8 Studio

Reopened by Paol Foto in October 2023, Liber8 Studio is close to Chorley Lancashire with easy access from M6, M61 and M65 motorways as well as Northern Rail services 

We aim for providing a safe yet fun alternative vibe for all to enjoy, with a strong emphasis on model safety. 

The studio now available for hire by the hour (min 2 hours), half or the full day.  It is suitable for 1:1 or 2:1 photo sessions through model session days, network events and workshops of up to around 12 people. 

The studio retains the 16' wide infinity wall plus has plenty of natural light and other areas where paper rolls, an extensive assortment of microfibre backdrops can be hung from as well as numerous pop up backdrops. The building corridors can also be used (please be respectful of other building users) for great effect.

Standard studio flash equipment a available includes - 

6 x 400w Godox flash units with Receivers

2 x AD400 battery powered flash 

1 x 1000w mated to a 180cm Parabolic umbrella

4 x 120cm parabolic softboxes

2 x 180cmx 40cm strip lights 

4 x Rotolight AEOS2 Pro 

2 x Rotolight Neo3 Pro 

Numerous  softboxes, reflectors, grids, flags, stands, trips and background stands

There are also many props and items to hand plus a small model changing room plus a tea / coffee making station.

 The studio also has a good selection of quality ballgowns and dresses plus access to in excess of 300 steel boned corsets from it's retail side  

The studio has a selection of Resident Models available who can offer special rates and whom are familiar with the studio layout and equipment.

Rates

Standard studio rate from April 2024 will be - 

 - £15 per hour ( min booking 2 hours)  then £10 for each additional hour up to £70 then it's day rate  (assuming up to a group of 4 people).

 - check with me for model session days as rates vary 

New for 2024 

following the successful first three months since opening the studio in late 2023, based on popular feedback to expand the events held at the studio I'm looking for the following - 

 a) models for the Thursday club night shoot (paid, 7pm-10pm) - note the model is welcome to advertise for the 5 hours prior to the club night for paid shoots 

 b) models local to the Preston / Liverpool / Manchester area to build a local pool of models available for photographers 

 c) touring models who wish to hold model days at the studio 

d) Introduced in Feb 2024, Liber8Novices are sessions of tailored tuition and introduction to studio shooting for both male and female models and photographers. Ask Paol for more details. 

 e) anyone looking to run a workshop or event  

 f) other local studios that may require additional space for their events

General 

• No persons under 18 please on the premises - too many heavy bits of equipment around!
• The studio is aimed at those familiar with studios and studio lighting, assistance is available for familiarisation with the studio and equipment. 
• Formal training is available under a separate rate and or at a scheduled workshop.
• A B+W Zeppelin bluetooth-compatible speaker is available to provide music along with basic tea, coffee and soft drinks. 
• A selection of high quality corsets are available to shoot with from my retail stock to shoot with, rent or buy on request.

Forthcoming Events 

Club nights every Thursday 7pm - 10pm

 - a fun filled social and networking event usually with a model available to be photographed on the numerous sets whilst enjoying a catchup and banter with other local photographers. The models can bring their own outfits (usually to lingerie) plus are free to wear the many ballgown and corsets the studio has available.  There is not usually a theme to the club nights, but a few themed evenings will be introduced in 2024

Thursday 21st March - Sophie Marie The ever popular Sophie Marie will be here for the evening working to topless plus Sophie will be available for 1-1 sessions earlier in the day  

Thursday 28th March - Olgo Solo Olga will be making her return to our Thursday night and will also be available earlier in the day for 1-1 sessions.  

Thursday 4th April 2024 - awaiting confirmation I have an awesome fetish model pencilled in I’m still waiting for confirmation she will be able to travel here on this date.  

Thursday 11th April 2024 - SJ Jinx Sami will be here for the evening plus is available earlier in the day for 1-1 sessions  

Thursday 17th April I will be shooting in Crete but if anyone would like to run the Social Night please let me know  

Model Session Days   

Tuesday 25th March 2024 - Daniela Carter 1-1 Daniela will be here for a private shoot, but we have 2 places available for a small group (4 togs) x 4 hour shoot 1330-1730 - 2 places left 

Sunday 14th April - Tegan Elizabeth all day model session day

Sunday June 23rd - Jessica and Morticia Duo day with Jessica and Morticia offering a mix of 1-1 sessions and a small group session, bookings already being taken  

Wednesday 14th August - Angel Black Angel will be making her first model day at Liber8 offering a mix of 1-1 and small group sessions.
