Candy Heart

Had a great shoot today with Lena Rose. Precomms were excellent and she kept me informed about travel and when she was on her way to me. She arrived with makeup on ready to shoot and happy to take on any idea I flung at her. I was very impressed with the ease in which she poses and takes direction though very little of that was needed as she knows her stuff! I really enjoyed working with this down to earth, lovely girl and would recommend her to others 100%.

I shot with Lena after quickly organising a shoot once our calendars aligned. Her pre-shoot comms were excellent, and she arrived ready to shoot (early), with an excellent selection of outfits that worked perfectly for the ideas we worked through.

Lena was fantastic throughout, creative in her choice of posing and expressions, and funny to boot. She also helped me troubleshoot a lighting set-up that i couldn't quite get right.

Overall, I had a fantastic shoot, with some results that I'm really happy with. I would highly recommend Lena to anyone, and look forward to working with her again in the future.

I had a really great and smooth shoot with Lena yesterday. She fitted right in with my plans and enabled me to create all the component parts of the composite image I had in my head. She was also able to convey the emotions I was looking for in the characters I was asking her to 'play'. We met prior to the shoot where I explained the nature of the shots I was after and where I was coming from. She was able to lock onto exactly what my intentions were which really helped to make the shoot run very smoothly and make my concept into a reality. As a result, almost every shot is a keeper which brings its own problems, though these are nice once to have, all thanks to Lena. I would definitely work with her again in the future, especially if she shaves her head! that I would love to shoot!

I responded to a casting that Lena posted, and I’m very glad I did! Her pre-shoot comms were great, including letting me know what colour her hair would be for the shoot. (It was a fiery, fabulous bright red, which I loved!) She was a pleasure to work with, really friendly and easy to get on with, and really focused on working with me to get the best results.

I was hugely impressed with how fluidly and expressively Lena created and developed poses. Every time I turned my attention away for a moment, I’d look back and exclaim, “Wow, that’s cool! Let me get a shot of that!” :) She took direction really well, often understanding what I was after almost before I’d finished asking. She also drew on her own photographic experience to make some great suggestions, which I really appreciated.

I greatly enjoyed shooting with Lena and I look forward to working together again. Highly recommended. (And thanks for putting up with my horrible cold Lena!)

She smiles, she's enthusiastic, she is so full of positive energy and ideas. Lena is a pleasure to be around. She is a photographer as well so she brings even more understanding and knowledge to a shoot. Lena's ability to keep creating more shapes and moods was breathtaking. Beautiful and dazzling. A rising star.

Had a great time shooting with Lena Rose. She showed up on time, was communicative and very happy to go clambering in the woods, get into cold water for a photo shoot. She is also a photographer herself and full of creative ideas. A joy to work with.
