This is an example of a my photoshop work. It was shot during the daytime and converted to a night time image thereafter. The knive has been modified to look as if it has been broken on the cutting surface and the models make up has been done post production too.

The swinging head is that of the model herself and this has been further modified using a motion blur to give the impression of movement.
