Great pre-comms & organisation prior to the shoot. Unfortunately, I had to rearrange our sessions (a shoot & a Photoshop session) at the last minute due to a problem at the studio that we'd originally booked. As a result we had to cut the session short - despite this, Layla managed to pack in a very informative and detailed session that covered a wide range of editing techniques, starting with a basic workflow and progressing onto a number of advanced techniques. Each topic was covered in a hands on manner, giving me the opportunity to trial and experiment as we went along. The session was incredibly useful, and taught in a friendly and approachable manner which helped to make a potentially daunting subject much easier to pick up.

I've already seen an improvement in the standard of my editing - the entire point of the session - so a resounding success from my perspective. Highly recommended.

Awesome Photoshoot and Photoshop retouching course ran by Layla. Layla managed to fit a lot in to the tutorial, at Eyebox studios.

There were 5 photographers, on the course, including me, and we all had a chance to take portrait shot's of Layla, using the lighting at Eyebox Studios. We then each picked our own favourite images, and Layla ran through her own method of beauty retouching.

We all learned load's on the course, and I would highly recommend Layla, as a model, and also a tutor of Photoshop.

So yesterday I travelled to Bristol to up my game, with Photoshop CC. Having found Layla on PP.

Per training comms were great. Had to change are dates at very late notice. Layla was very understanding. We reagreed for the next day.

Layla’s style of training is very laid back with lots of hands on trying things out on my own laptop. Lots of coffee and able to stop and ask questions without feeling silly about it.

I have come away with lots of new ideas and a whole new work flow to try out. Going be doing lots of practicing now.

The time just flew by so fast.

I can Highly recommend Layla to anyone looking to better their skills with Photoshop, whether you are a beginner or intimidate.

Today I have had a 1:1 retouching session with Layla.

There are two skills needed to teach - subject knowledge and the ability to teach. Layla's retouching knowledge is exemplary and for me the real bonus was the professional way in which she got the info across.

The session was well prepared, logically laid out and followed up with some useful (essential!) PDF guides.

Fully recommended.
