I had the pleasure of being invited to be a make up artist on the days of grace vintage bridal shoot

We drove from Bristol to Yeovil to be there for the shoot and it was well worth it lots of lovely vintage wedding dresses and jewellery the studio at the bottom of the garden was really beautiful so pleased with the images I highly recommend Lauraanne to work with we are talking of another shoot soon 💕💞

I just had my second shoot with Laura.

As before her preshoot comms were spot on, I knew exactly what style of shoot she wanted and what attire was required.

Laura brought a collection of inspirational images to the shoot, to convey the look and feel she wanted. During the shoot she was friendly and upbeat. Laura gave clear direction and was eager to show the results on the camera, which is invaluable for tweaking a pose etc.

Laura made me feel at ease throughout the shoot, and I am really looking forward to seeing the finished images.

I've known Laura for a while, as a fellow photographer at the local group, but this was the first time I have been in front of her lens!

Well where do I start?!

Pre shoot comms were second to none, I received a storyboard of images and concepts, along with a list of clothing and accessories required. I received this well in advance so I knew exactly what I needed and knew what was planned, being fairly new to modelling this was a great help :).

On arrival Laura was full of smiles and enthusiasm, she made me feel very welcome and went through the ideas with me face to face to make sure we were both on the same page. She made me feel very comfortable about the direction of the shoot.

During the shoot Laura gave clear direction, and asked permission before making any contact to move clothing etc. Laura made me feel completely comfortable at all times. The images I saw on the back of the camera had dynamic lighting and lovely framing, I can't wait to see the finished results!

So would I recommend Laura? YES! very highly!

Had another fantastic shoot with Laura today she was very good at explaining things. Crazy ideas but Laura always has some kind of creativeness behind her I really enjoy working with Laura she's very polite and every time I've arrived she's had the studio ready and set up she even prints out pages of ideas including brief description on what she's after and images of examples and posing I highly recommend Laura to anyone who wants images great lady to work with an is an absolute lovely lady in general Thanku very much for today

With our boho /hippy concept in place we managed 4 outfit changes and an array of different looks which tied into the overall concept . Very much looking forward to seeing the end results . I may even have to borrow Laura's hat and dress !!Her ability to tie a look together is outstanding . Not only with clothes but matching the right accessories, props, backdrops and lighting . Very much look forward to working together again xx

Second shoot with Laura today in her beautiful new studio. Worked through two concepts and so excited to see the photos . True perfectionist and such a lovely lady . Her mood boards really help pull a concept together and showcase just how creative she is . Thanks Laura looking forward to our next shoot in a few weeks xx

Oxford Road Studio

Laura shot at the studio on Saturday for a studio day with Helen Diaz. Laura is always very well prepared providing lighting guides beforehand and clear outlines for all concepts to be covered during the shoot.

Great rapport between Laura and Helen produced excellent results! Highly recommended.

I worked with Laura at the fantastic Slogical Studios the other day on my studio day and had such a lovely productive couple of hours which flew by! Laura is a bit like me- direct, to the point, loud and gets results! ;)

We had such a productive session with lots of ideas and themes flying about the place. We fitted in many changes of clothing for different sets and 2 looks for Makeup in just the 2 hours!Laura is super productive and organised, but somehow you donot feel overworked! Laura bought some fantastic props along with her to the shoot for her Bollywood/Indian inspired theme, which I absolutely adored- I loved wearing the Saris and Indian Jewellery provided and the shots taken were really stunning!

Super highly recommended and I hope we work together again! Helen x

had an amazing shoot with laura today when i arrived she took me to her gorgeous studio at the bottom of her garden was warm, well prepared and gorgeous, she was so lovely asking if i wanted a drink, she was professional, we took the sets in stages and she even brought in a professional makeup artist, outstanding images im very pleased, and can't wait to shoot with her again

I have worked with Laura at the Slogical Studio during my last tour and I really enjoyed working with her. Laura is very enthusiastic and creative. She made a beautiful headpiece specially for our shoot. We had only one hour, but we managed to create many amazing photos, I'm really happy with the results. I worked with Laura yesterday on my studio day at Slogical studios. Laura was a delight to shoot with as she is really easy going and friendly.

Laura took great care in preparing for our shoot, she came with set ideas and brought props along for the look she wanted. Laura is very organised and her communication is very good.

Laura gave good direction too and also let me free pose which is a good balance for me as a model.

I really enjoyed working with Laura, she is a lovely person and I hope to work with here again next year.

Had a fantastic shoot with Laura yesterday at my studio day at StudioCC, such a lovely lady, very friendly and polite. Excellent pre-shoot communication.

Laura came along with some great ideas, is'nt afraid to try something different and puts alot of hard thought and effort into what she wants to achieve, she did some fantastic lighting set ups and our time just flew by.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Laura and i hope to do so again soon

Beautifully planned out shoot, Laura had everything under control.

She made the outfit, had the makeup idea, ensured I knew what to bring so I didn't panic and fill the car, a really easy going fun shoot.

She knows what she is doing and what she wants you to do and can communicate that in a clear and friendly way.

Yet another fabulous shoot with Laura :)

She didn't have a set plan like she did the first time I worked with her but she was still just as creative, she had a few props with her and after looking at the stuff I had with me came up with the styles she wanted to shoot.

She gets across what look she is going for so well that it's then really easy to get in that mood and help her create what she wants :)

I love working with her, she always gets lovely images and is just so creative too!

She was also kind enough to let me stay with her and her husband and they looked after me very well :)
