References for Larissa Payton MUA

Lari and I have shot together a few times now, both as model AND MUA. On this occasion she was both., making up another model as well.

I can only reiterate my previous comments - in both roles she is terrific - imaginative, enthusiastic and very good at what she does - work with her!

Did a shoot with Larissa and Paul.

Larissa is a very lovely lady and makes you feel at ease.She is excellent at makeup, and her knowledge and skill with makeup is of high standard. The makeup she did for the shoot was very creative, fun and showed off her excellent ability.

I highly recommend anyone to work with Larissa if they get chance! :) she is also a great model too!

Working together on a shoot was absolutely awesome! Laughed so much, as well as Larissa being a great professional when it came to makeup and also pre shoot communication. It was so great to find a team to work with where we could laugh as well as produce amazing images! Definatly recommend others to work with as Larissa has such talent with makeup and a wicked personality to go with it.

OK...so I wrote her last reference too - that's cos I was so impressed with last time I wanted to work again!

Pre shoot comms were, again, great; Larissa, http://purpleport.com/portfolio/leannemurley/ and myself threw ideas back and forth and had a good picture of what we wanted to achieve. Larissa brought along her friend, http://purpleport.com/portfolio/kaylea/ , to do the hair so we were fully teamed up!

We used a number of makeup styles and Larissa helped me work with another non-model, styling her and enabling two sets with her as well.

In short she is adaptable, reliable and great at makeup - work with her!

I worked with Larissa today , right from the start she was very professional but also brought an element of fun to her work. Throughout the shoot she ensured the look was held and even topped up makeup between shots when needed! We went for 3 completely different styles but Larissa did all super well and ensured I was comfortable with the outcome! I wish her every luck at university where she is going to further her talents more so! If you can book in a shoot before then I couldn't recommend her more highly! Excellent from start to finish !

Development

Larissa worked with me, Bethykoo and Kaylea on a shoot yesterday. She was punctual, professional and meticulous in the work.

More than that...she took a significant part in planning for the shoot, contributing ideas from the planning stages and suggested Kaylea, a colleague, to add to the mix. She gelled as part of the transient team that came together on the day and had a lot of input on the finished images, developing the makeup style throughout the day. I am looking forward to working with the team again!
