Hello to you all!

So, I am going to be open and honest - call it a disclaimer, if you want. I am not slim, or skinny. I don't tower at 6ft +. I am in no way a top model lookalike. Those of you who have worked with me in the past, who's reviews you can read below, would have worked with a slim, 5ft7, curvy woman. I specialised in vintage work, but worked up to Art Nude. Unfortunately, I am no longer slim, although still very much curvy, and I am, of course, still 5f7! But I now very much fall into the category of plus size, at an (obviously not particularly healthy) size 18, but this is something I'm looking to embrace.

None the less, there is a reason for my hiatus from modelling and my weight gain...

I was born with two congenital hip condition's in each hip, which started to decline rapidly 4/5 years ago. Within 3 years of that decline, I went from being fit and active, cycling everywhere, playing rugby and being a slim, size 8, to living in chronic pain, reliant on mobility aids, and dare i say it... the D word... Disabled. Now disability is not a scary word for me, it's my life now. It is merely an adjective that loosely sums up my lifestyle. It doesn't stop me doing the things I want to, it just means I have to do some things slightly differently, and that's fine. I'm adjusting to that every day. It also meant that it was necessary to take various medications - if you shook me, I'd rattle. These led to my sudden weight gain, paired with my sudden, limited mobility.

So why am I being so brutally honest? No, I'm not looking for sympathy, and I'm not looking for you to take pity on me. I am merely trying to be as transparent as possible, because if you should decide you might like to work with me, I want you to be aware of who and what it is you're working with.

I am very much plus size, but thankfully, I still retain my very hourglass figure. I have a very large bust, at a size 36J, but thankfully that's balanced out by my somewhat ample hips. There are some perks to weight gain after all! Hoorah!

Anyway, I am now looking to dip my toe back into the world of modelling again. Unlike before, this won't be a source of income for me - don't get me wrong, money is nice and all, but that's not my motivation. I am a creative by nature. I have a BA hons Fine Art, and I am an artist, although again, I'm not one that is earning from it! Of course, you don't need to hear me waffle on. In short, I am just looking to work with other creatives, and create beautiful shots and images. This means I'm happy to work TFP with the right people - but a coffee is always welcomed!

I am also a part of (the more tamer side of) the BDSM/bondage world. I'm learning to rig, although I am very much a beginner right now and learning. None the less, I am now willing to work up to art nude and erotic, so long as it is done tastefully with careful consideration - this includes fetish work. This doesn't, on the other hand, mean I am willing to work up to explicit open leg, and I am most definitely not looking to create anything overtly pornographic. There will also be instances, dependent on the subject of the image, where I would prefer to have my identity hidden - my face covered etc.

Despite my ill health in recent years, I do of course, retain all my experience of modelling, which spans several years. I will work hard with you to create the right shot, and offer my own ideas and suggestions. I have a lot of experience working with those new to photography, and/or those new to working with models. I work well with and without direction, although I may need to take more regular breaks, or pose and work in a certain way that allows for my health problems. It will also be necessary for my partner, who is also my carer, to be with me on shoots (on the side lines.) This will make it easier for both myself and any perspective photographer on shoots, plus he makes a good assistant too! He can even be tempted into joining me on a shoot (but will require our/my direction as he has no professional experience of modelling as of yet.) None the less, if you are looking to do a couple shoot, I'm sure we can be tempted!

Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch!

Thanks,

LDR x
