Paul B 2023

Having been a member of my local Camera Club for around the last five years, I’m a hobbyist photographer who shoots using Nikon equipment and professional grade camera bodies and lenses. I’m interested in most genres, and have previously concentrated on Landscapes, Macro and Nature, with a recent interest in shooting Portraits. Though not greatly experienced in studio photography I've had my first few shoots, mainly through Studio organised sessions, and really enjoyed the experience.

Capturing the moment, the look, or something that the eye cannot see is what excites me, and this is what is really driving my photography this year. Working with models offers the opportunity to collaborate and share ideas. I’m looking to expand my portfolio and want to work on new creative projects with people who interest me. Currently I am working on a Sports Project and am interested in collaborating with anyone who would like images of rugby events.

I've now gained a national qualification this year and I hope some of the images taken will further my progress to the next level...
