I enjoy the challenge of making a good image. By this I mean a photograph that anyone could look at and be interested even if they did not have a personal connection to the subject matter. I have been lucky enough to travel extensively and thus been able to obtain a wide variety of both scenic and 'people' photographs. I have no commercial ambitions and so have never considered any publication of these.

 I also have a technical interest in some aspects of railway operation and for this I have taken rolling stock pictures which have been used to illustrate my own books and have been used by other authors. Although using the same equipment the photographic requirements are somewhat different.

I enjoy art - particularly sculpture - so it seemed an obvious extension to photograph the most challenging but most rewarding subject - nudes. I started with group shoots in studios but soon moved to individual shots at studios and then with more confidence I have been booking models privately for several years using several web based links.
