Photography has been a passion of mine for over 30 years. I do a lot of stage/concert photography. The Edinburgh Fringe is a photographic delight, as is travel photography. I've photographed a number of National Theatre of Scotland and Scottish Ballet productions.

Dance is probably the most challenging subject to shoot. Some of my concert photos have been used on live albums/tour programmes by musicians like: Tom Waits; Steve Hackett; John Martyn; and Deacon Blue.

I've had photos published in most UK national papers.

in 2007, I won 3rd prize in the Black & White category of Digital Camera's Photographer of the Year competition, out of 81,000 worldwide entries.

While I do shoot a diverse range of subjects, I'm more of a people/portrait photographer than anything else. I'm also a geek, who loves sci-fi and comics. 😎

There is no greater joy for me, than taking a photo that REALLY works. 😃
