Anxiety is an aggressive opponent it makes my head race and I long to bolt and run away from it, but its that dark and silent nasty that hurts my head and heart from the inside, and no running away will out fox it, I must learn to live with it, and rest, recuperation and self care are the best arsenal any sufferer can reach for when they hit man down too.
