This was my first time working with Kevin and it was a great success :) we focused on the warrior theme mentioned on his port and I put a far Eastern spin on my concept by procuring a genuine Japanese yukata and decorating a kitsune fox mask. Because our shoot was via remote setup there were some teething issues with the tech but he was very patient and chill about it, Kevin also communicated clearly with me about how he wanted me to pose, his background in reenactments came in very handy for this! Highly recommended and can't wait to see the results.

Another wonderful remote shoot with Kevin, in the bag! I absolutely adore my home shoots with Kevin and have come to truly look forward to our time together.

Kevin has such a clear vision of what he wants to achieve during each session and comes to me with ideas and themes well in advance so we can discuss and prepare for the day. For our last shoot he commissioned a fantastic helmet, which arrived at my door several weeks in advance so I could further plan outfits and accessories to suit.

On top of all that, Kevin has a keen knowledge of lighting and really helps me to get the absolute best out of my home studio and minimal equipment. His post processing is also exceptional and he never fails to wow me with his finished images.

PGD Modelling and Photography Studios

Kevin has now dialled into the studio via our remote system and worked with different members of the house team a few times now.

I love working with Kevin his pre coms are on point, he knows what he wants how to achieve it and gives me everything I need to have the studio set ready for him as soon as he arrives.

His technical ability is matched by his eye to assess it as well and his work is always perfectly executed, this gives him a very strong portfolio that any model should be proud to be part of.

Highly recommended photographer, and outstanding work, always a pleasure working with him!

I had a superb remote shoot today with Kevin at the wonderful PGD studio. We went for a mad max and warrior style and looking at the images we created from the display, I am so happy with how they turned out!

If ever I was in America I would loveeee to come and work with him as his vision and skills are insane! I cannot wait to work together again and am really looking forward to seeing how the images turn out!

Another remote shoot with Kevin, and another fanatics shoot. Kevin is truly an angel, he's so patient and understanding of technology and the issue its sometimes brings with it. Shooting remotely definitely takes a certain type of character, someone who is cool, calm and collected - able to deal with frustration and grab it by the head, Kevin is one hundred percent this person!

On top of this, his pre shoot communications truly are exceptional, actually some of the very best - I know exactly what to bring and where and when and how, before we've even exchanged but five messages. It's fantastic and really helps to keep the admin to a minimal!

Kevin's ability with post processing is astounding, from the RAW file I see on my laptop, to the final image he uploads, I'm always amazed at what he's able to accomplish. Conversation doesn't stagnate and we never seem to run out of ideas. I would definitely recommend Kevin and would happily work with him again!

Kevin and I arranged our third remote shoot recently, loosely following his "warrior" theme concept - although this time we took to the hills of Somerset for a post apocalyptic style shoot. I was booked alongside J Black Photographic, who acted as Kevin's hands and eyes in person, able to adjust things quite quickly, allowing me to remain in a modelling mindset.

Kevin's pre shoot communications are superb, they are always well thought out and then well executed. It was a pleasure to be Kevin's first location remote shoot, and despite a few technical hitches, we captured some truly fabulous images! The previous two shoots have been great, and this was no exception - Kevin's post processing abilities are phenomenal, gaining us a few FPI's along the way already, so I'm super excited to see what he does with this next set!

He's polite and professional throughout and conversation easily flows. Despite being over 5000 miles away from one another, and never having met in person, I feel like I know Kevin well, we get along well and I think our work truly does speak for itself.

We are already booked in for our next shoot next week at Studio Fifty Eight, so by the time that comes around I'll have taken Kevin to 3 different places remotely! I highly recommend him and look forward to our next one :)

Another amazing and varied shoot with Kevin!

This was my third shoot with Kevin and all I can really say is.... when's the next one?

Kevin and I shoot remotely from my home studio and it really is so much fun... despite the battles with zoom and the general joys of technology Kevin soldiers on and achieves incredible results. I absolutely love seeing what we create together in my little studio.

I would recommended a shoot with Kevin to anybody. He is so lovely to work with and be in the company of, albeit virtually.

Halo Haynes

Another fab shoot with Kevin and PGD remotely!

This one was latex themed and of course, on the hottest day of the year thus far but we mananged to keep our cool and get a vast range of awesome looks done.

Kevin has a great eye for the shot and gives direction when needed to perfect, but also allows for a level of flow to happen. So easy to work with and lovely for a little chatter inbetween too!

Always very professional, punctual and full of ideas - I hope we get a round 3!

Kevin very kindly booked me for a remote shoot for 4 hours in my home studio "The Den!" and it was a complete pleasure to work with a photographer "across the pond!" :)

"Roger More" was my very helpful lighting and equipment assistant for the shoot and together we all made such a fantastic team!

Kevin gives excellent direction and was very knowledgeable with lighting and angles, a great communicator.

Kevin was very organised with themed moodboards and was extremely kind to post a selection of wonderful props through the post including a dagger and super funky glasses to compliment a few of our themed shoots.

I greatly enjoyed working on a real mixture of Fashion, Latex and the warrior section of the photoshoot was a favourite- SO much fun! It had been a couple of years since I had modelling my amazing warrior costume I have in my collection (created by the awesome WIZARD OF FOAM!) and combined with lighting and gels the results were AWESOME!

Kevin was very kind to share the edited images after the shoot and they are stunning! So quirky, I love them!

The shoot was a joy from start to finish and I would absolutely LOVE to work together again.

PGD Modelling and Photography Studios

Kevin joined us at PGD via remote for a few of our group events and evidently enjoyed our system so much that he booked 4 hours solo time with one of our regular models Halo.

Kevin knows what he is doing and what he wants, his precoms were perfect and he was able to supply me with details of the set ups he required, after a few minor tweaks here and there, Kevin was able to manage and handle the system like a true pro. His results show this too.

He was an absolute pleasure to have at the studio, even if via remote, if Kevin ever visits the UK I would strongly encourage to come see us in person. Great guy, great results! Look forward to working together again :)

I worked with Kevion remotely recently for his Warriors project via PGD studios.

Kevin was clear with what he wanted but allowed for a lot of creative control to be in my court, so I could come up with some unique ideas. We ended up shooting 4 different looks when we had only planned two and playing with wide angle lenses and crazy poses. He really had me take full advange of the space and was very creative with his ideas. I enjoyed the challenge!

I once again had the pleasure of working with Kevin remotely, again working on his 'warrior' themed project. Just like the last time Kevin's pre shoot communications were excellent, well thought out and then well executed. He's happy to adapt when necessary, and never hesitates to change his settings - which he does with ease.

Kevin and I also get along really well, conversation easily flowed and simply didn't seem to stop!

During the shoot itself, Kevin was polite and professional, and very understanding throughout when I had a few technical issues due to Zoom's change in policy! He's a patient man, perfectly happy to edit to get that right shot. His post processing skills are also some of the best on PP, especially as I've seen the before and after edits! It was a pleasure to work with him and definitely hope to do so in the future.

I had a real fun remote shoot with Kevin recently!

He asked me to be part of his warrior project, which gave me a chance to get together with a couple of friends and put together a post-apocalyptic/ Mad Max inspired costume and a shaman/witch costume. We had so much fun with this project!

Kevin was very nice to work with, pre-shoot comms were great and the shoot ran smoothly despite the costume change :)

I really like the results!

Having seen various examples from Kevins ‘warrior’ project, I was delighted when he made enquiries about a remote shoot and wondering if I would be interested in taking part.

Our shoot took place at Studio Sox (hosted by photographer & tutor, Symagery) where we worked through 4 different looks. It was so easy working on a remote shoot with Kevin - he knew what he wanted to achieve (excellent pre-shoot comms, very helpful and clear, especially providing mood boards) and having used similar set-ups before, was able to shoot with ease. Few breaks for changes (including changing camera batteries) but conversation flowed and was a genuinely really enjoyable afternoon.

I wish to extend extra thanks for being so very patient. I spent March with covid or tonsillitis (still on antibiotics for the latter) but Kevin, despite not previously working with me or knowing me, was so understanding and I am so very grateful for that.

He was also perfectly happy chatting and exchanging ideas and references for the upcoming shoot which was super.

He approached me regarding a warrior/mad max style shoot which was very cool!

Comms were fabulous and the shoot itself was wonderful!

My first shoot with the awesome Kevin - and it certainly wasn't to be the last because he really was an absolute pleasure to work with on his "Warrior" themed project. It's really fun when a photographer has a kind of base idea or goal concept in what they are looking to achieve; of course from that you can discuss, share ideas, collaborate and work as a team to hit that brief the best you can with the resources between you. 😀 For us; we had the power of remote photography to connect us up from two entirely different countries (UK > US), we had Kevin's eye and ability to see the light/offer direction and work the shoot based on what he was looking for in the project, and we had my studio space/remote shoot kit and styling resources/props (it seems I had accumulated a few bits that just add to making the ideal vicious warrior! 🙈) It was set to be great from the start - Kevin's pre-shoot communications and conciseness laid out a very positive starting point for us working together as well. His approach was spot on from the first contact!

On the day we had a blast working through several looks - ranging from more simple styling, up to makeup that was more dynamic and the introduction of outfits/accessories and props at different stages of the shoot. Kevin left no stone unturned and threw some very genius things into the mix (despite being sat 1000's of miles apart!) He could see what the light was doing and what needed doing to make small adjustments to add to the effect of the images. At one stage we had my hair on fire (not literally - but you get me!😅) we had edgy lighting from the side/from behind and a whole lot of mood adding to those killer looks! I feel that in a relatively short space of time we created some very exquisite images; straight out of the camera/onto the screen they looked insane! Even more so once Kevin had worked them in post. 🙂

I found Kevin to be a very pleasant guy to work with in my experience of remote shooting with him. He was evidently professional in his approach, very respectful and comes across like he values the models input and wants them to be a part of the team process... But also (importantly) values and appreciates their limits and levels etc. We hit it off very well, put it that way. We also did a whole lot of chatting whilst we worked, and the overall atmosphere (even virtually!) was easy-going, creatively spurred-on, and team-driven. 🙌

I can certainly offer my recommendation gladly following my initial remote shoot with the lovely Kevin. ☺

Shot again with Kevin last month,this was a really exciting for month as I was really able to become a character to fit into Kevin’s current brief which is a fun project he’s been working very hard on.

Kevin is a fantastic photographer and I love what he’s done with the images I’ve seen so far. I’m looking forward to seeing what else he develops and to see what else he creates throughout this concept. I hope to work with Kevin again in the future!
