Had a really fantastic shoot with the lovely Ken Phelan at his studio during my recent modelling tour to the Netherlands.

On the day of the shoot Ken kindly collected me from my accommodation and drove me to the studio. He was really friendly and welcoming from the start and we got on really well and had some lovely chats on the way to the studio.

When we arrived to Ken’s studio space he gave me a tour and showed me some lovely outfits that he had prepared for our shoot. They looked beautiful and we started in one of his lovely dresses. After a few shots we did a change to the next outfit and then many others. I was amazed how we managed to fit in so many different looks over the two hour shoot. It was very fun and productive. Ken also used some amazing lighting techniques and had provided some props too. Ken shoots tethered to his laptop which is really helpful so you can see the results immediately and I really loved the final images that we produced. The lighting and photography was so good that they rarely need much retouching. Ken is so good at getting images spot on on camera.

After the shoot Ken kindly dropped me to the Eurostar station as this was my last tour day. I had such a wonderful four days shooting in the Netherlands and Ken’s shoot was the perfect way to end things with such a fabulous shoot.
