Fantasy Dabblers

We enjoyed a three day glamour photography holiday in Crete which Keira organised and modelled for and where we were the only photographers.

We were based in an attractive and comfortable villa in a town centre location. It provided plenty of shooting opportunities both inside and around the pool and garden. Keira also planned lots of locations from seashore to mountains as well as interesting old buildings all within easy reach of the base. When it came to modelling, Keira has seemingly boundless energy and imagination and a huge array of poses including wonderfully varied facial expressions and amazing body shapes. She has a great ability to reach inaccessible spots to pose in and enthusiasm that occasionally tested our nerves.

The “one-to-one” format offers obvious flexibility and we found the whole trip relaxed and enjoyable – even for the one of us who has physical disabilities that reduce energy and motility. Althgough Keira planned “chill time” each day but we each came away with about 1,000 good shots in 15 to 20 different sets on each full day.

Keira also acted as driver and cook for breakfast and one evening meal and she produced attractive and healthy choices.

We are keen to do this again. :-)

I had an all too brief shoot with Keira today our 3rd I believe , hopefully not the last. Full of ideas, energy to shame any sportsman & looking like a million dollars what's not to like. If you have not shot with her I feel sorry for you & if you do your so in for a treat. Professional in every way.

How To Tame A Keira.

- This first thing that a new owner of a Keira needs to understand that it is impossible to actually tame a Keira.

- Once you understand that a Keira cannot be controlled, then you will have session after session of faultless fun with your Keira.

- Like a box of fireworks and a match, a Keira is an unpredictable animal, but you are always guaranteed a good show, with fire and flames shooting in every direction.

- A Keira must be kept fed and watered at all times. Mint tea is an easily recognisable drink for a Keira, but for the more adventurous amongst us, the gathering of pond slime and hedge trimmings stewed into a 'tea', will provide the engery for your Keira to climb trees, swim oceans and fly to the moon... (she can do this...)

_ a Keira is a funny, chatty, generous and all together lovely animal, talk to her and she will respond with chat and poses.

- A Keira is quite often followed around by a peculiar animal called a Suitcase, this is not to be confused by a normal common or Garden suitcase that you may have spotted in an airport or a railway station, no, this is a suitcase far bigger and heavier and full to the brim with a delight of goodies to keep your camera happy for months. Be aware... Suitcases often come with random carrier bags, also filled with goodies.

- overall a Keira is a chameleon of an amilmal, changing looks at the drop of a bra, and make-up changes are quicker than a keira doing the splits.

- I adopt a Keira a couple of times a year, and am always amazed at how much my Keira has grown and learned new tricks with every visit, I can't wait until the next one.

- a Keira is a special kind of mad animal, many others have tried to match it's skill and wit, but few have succeeded.

As always, Keira brings an incredible energy and creativity to every shoot. I really am running out of superlatives to describe just what a fun, creative, whacky experience shooting with Keira is and she's such a lovely person it makes every shoot a breathtaking speedboat ride of creative goodness. Keira comes mega-highly recommended by me. :-)

This was the first time I worked with Keira and I'm glad that I did. Keira is a talented, hard working model who pushes herself to the limit. She is in fantastic shape which only emphasises her poses. Her experience shows as she was able to work without any direction and went through a number of sets effortlessly. I'd definitely recommend her and would love to work with her in the future. Next time I'll bring fabric that behaves itself.

Female Art Nudes

When I discovered Keira was coming to Scotland for a tour, I jumped at the chance to work with her again.

First of all, I wanted to try out a new-to-me studio lighting set up with some new equipment and Keira was to be my guinea-pig. She was a great help when I didn't get it quite right first time (!). She has so much experience that she had seen other photographers using this set-up and was able to give me some great suggestions on how to make it work. Thanks, Keira :-) It was an example of how good she is at team work.

Then we went out on location. Here, Keira was in her element. She could immediately see what I was trying to achieve as well as picturing in her head how to pose best for each different shot. What particularly struck me was Keira's energy and willingness to try for shots that I hadn't even considered, happily clambering up all sorts of walls and even a tree!

I was particularly tired pre-shoot but Keira's energy and enthusiasm easily helped me to overcome this. However, she hasn't yet managed to convert me to eating kale and drinking all sorts of herbal teas :-)

Calandra

There are few models who can have a profound effect on your life. This may sound overly dramatic but Keira is just such a model. She can amaze and astound and I feel so privileged to have worked with her so many times. I have to thank photography for being able to share some great moments with her.

This shoot was to one of my favourite locations - a dramatic river gorge. I was a little apprehensive as rainfall had been high preceding the shoot and sure enough the river was very full and fast-flowing. Was Keira daunted - of course not! She was soon on the edge of a powerful torrent but I now know to trust her judgement and she negotiated slippery slopes, precipitous rocks and current to deliver some breath-taking results in fast-flowing water.

Keira was very good in planning the complicated logistics to allow us to make the journey and everything went so smoothly. Her planning is meticulous.

I have said it before but she is just a pure joy to work with and her beauty, her nerve, her creativity and her bubbly and witty personality always make the next shoot something to look forward to. We seem to get better results each time but one thing bothers me now........how do we top this one?! Thank you again Keira!

I had the pleasure of hosting and shooting with Keira for the second time, and all my positive experiences from our first shoot applied this time round too.

Great pre-shoot comms to keep me informed of plans, and Keira arrived exactly as advised - she’s lovely to have staying over, very friendly and easy to get on with.

When it comes to shooting, Keira is great to work with - very professional, energetic and enthusiastic and totally comfortable in front of the camera. She is completely body confident and poses with ease - she can take direction or work on her own equally easily. Keira works really hard to keep in great shape (while I headed out for breakfast, she did a full-on workout) and it really pays off - she can pull some amazing poses which allow for fantastic, intimate, beautiful bodyscapes that are quite unique to Keira.

Fun, friendly, professional and creative - definitely recommended.

Finally i grabbed the chance to shoot with Keira for a full day.

Pre shoot communication was excellent.

Shooting all genres from art nude to fetish using both natural light and studio flash, Keira just rocked through each set adding her spin to whatever we did.

With a huge smile on her face Keira chatted and laughed throughout the day.

Highly recommended by me.

I had a fantastic shoot with Keira and Rachelle Summers. They work extremely well together, I just gave them scenarios and they ad libbed a number of video scenes, i got exactly what i was after and the shoot was a lot of fun.

This was the third time I've worked with Keira, she is reliable, professional and delivers every time, plus she is a lovely person. Definitely recommended, I will certainly be working with Keira again soon!

I met Keira at a group photography day as we were both modelling for the event. Keira is friendly and sociable - very pleasant to get along with! She had her makeup done to a very high standard and had a range of powerful poses, which she did effortlessly. I highly recommend Keira to all! :)

This was my second shoot with Keira, this time in a studio. This was planned following our success in our first shoot.

As usual, Keira arrived on time with a smile and an amazing wardrobe of outfits. After a brief chat we worked our way through several sets, including fashion, lingerie, boudoir and low key art nude.

Again, Keira posed non stop for the four hours, and is definitely the best model I have worked with in this respect.

What else can I say, except you owe it to yourself to have a shoot with this amazing model and lady. Highly recommended!

Had my first shoot with Keira today, and hopefully not the last.

I was greeted with a smile and a cuppa. After a brief chat we shot several sets and Keira posed effortlessly throughout the shoot, taking direction when offered. The only instructions I offered were to make the poses as wacky as possible, and she certainly delivered with ease.

Keira was very easy to chat to, which made the shoot even more enjoyable, and resulted in some fantastic shots.

I had my first experience of Keira yesterday in Bala and can honestly say it was a bit of a shock to the system :p

I have never worked with a model that is as mad as a box of frogs like Keira is, from the get go you have try and keep up with her posing ability and the sheer speed she moves from pose to pose and then there is the fact you can't turn your back on her or else she will do something unexpected ... like wading waist deep into a cold lake or climbing a tree but that is what makes her such a pleasure to shoot.

Awesome posing, no fear to get the shot you want and totally professional, extremely highly recommended and would love to work with again in the future.

I worked with Keira on a Bala Beauties shoot. This was my second shoot with Keira but I think the first was pre-Purpleport days. Keira is a beautiful, talented, creative and very competent model with some amazing poses of her own and the ability to take the photographer's ideas and give them back to you better than you imagined them!

It was cold but Keira was in streams, perched on rocks, up trees and everywhere she was asked to pose, not only without complaining but with an enthusiasm which inspired the photographers. She obviously loves what she does and that shines out of her. She is also great fun to work to work with.

Keira Lavelle is highly recommended by me. Pete
