I modelled as a photo model for Kaileigh yesterday. Even though she is primarily a mua she ran the shoot like a professional photographer. Gave precise and clear direction and had a clear idea about which direction to take the shoot.
If the chance to work with Kayleigh came up again I would jump at the chance

Arrived on site early, set up swiftly and efficiently.
Brought a colleague 'Jack' to help with hair too.

we had never worked together before which is ironic as we are both from hull.
Kaileigh was perfectly organised with her kit and previously thought out ideas of the looks we wanted to create for the shoot and had a collection of images of exactly what we wanted to produce.

She turned up with a fully-stocked kit, and a hair artist, and proceeded to create 5 red and black makeup looks which had been designed in advance.
