I had the pleasure of working with Julia Skar during a Long Exposure workshop photoshoot last Sunday. As an amateur photographer, I was thrilled to collaborate with such a talented and professional model. Julia was an absolute joy to work with and brought a level of creativity and energy to the shoot that greatly exceeded my expectations. She was patient, friendly, and always open to suggestions, making the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend Julia for any modelling projects and would jump at the chance to work with her again in the future.

I have just done my second shoot with the multi-talented Julia, this time along the theme of autumn sportiness. As with our first shoot, her pre-comms were spot-on, so I knew from the outset we had all the ingredients to make some more superb pix. Unfortunately due to severe traffic congestion, the M25 made sure I arrived late. True to her calm and professional nature, Julia did not let this delay in starting, faze her. :-)

We worked through several different outfits taking full advantage of the warm late October sunshine, utilising the superb backdrops that Autumn has to offer.

Since our first shoot around five weeks ago, Julia has continued to grow in confidence and ability, with her yoga and ballet skills being much in evidence. Despite this, and her seemingly endless repertoire of poses, she is very happy to take advice and direction in her quest to improve still further. I firmly believe she is definitely "one to watch" and think it is only a matter of time before she is awarded her first FPI.

Coupled with her modelling skills, she is one of the nicest and most polite people I have met, possessing a very chatty, positive and can-do nature.

Thank you very much again for a very enjoyable shoot Julia, and well done! I can already see we have some excellent results. Looking forward to the Spring when, all being well, we will have the chance to produce some more. :-)

Had a really enjoyable and productive dance shoot with Julia.

Julia's pre-shoot comms where great and she arrived at the shoot with all the outfits we had agreed plus a few extra.

Julia worked hard to give me the pictures I wanted and made constructive suggestions to improve them. She was a real joy to work with and I will be working with her again in the future.

What a trouper!!!

Julia and a small group of photographers started out doing an outdoor shoot in a park. The shoot started out OK but as it went on we got hit by a bad storm with thunder, lighting, rain and very high winds so had to abandon our location. Julia was concerned that we didn't get any good images; once the storm passed Julia and a couple of us moved to another location and despite the fact we were all soaking wet Julia carried on with dance poses in the fading light. Wow! what commitment - highly recommended.

I was luckily enough to be able to do a dance themed shoot with Julia at a location near to me this involved a fair bit of back an forth communication wise between us which all went smoothly with out any problems.

Julia brought a wide selection of clothes with her to give us as many options as possible to make the most of the location and the weather on the day.

I found that working with her easy and enjoyable as her dance poses flowed from one to another including any repeats to get the shot right for both of us this made for a relaxed, enjoyable an productive shoot.

I do recommend Julia to other photographers a great dance model with a friendly and can do attitude and no doubt I will be doing another shoot with her again at a later date.

I too have just done my first shoot with Julia, which was at a West London location. Following on from her excellent pre-comms, Julia arrived ahead of time, ready to go with all the various outfits we had discussed.

Apart from being incredibly beautiful, she understood within a few minutes of commencing, exactly the poses I was looking for, and needed very little direction. She worked very hard throughout the whole shoot, which passed far too quickly. She has a very friendly, professional, chatty, well mannered and very polite nature, making her an absolute joy to work with.

She is also very keen to improve and learn still further, and after the shoot we spent a further hour looking at the pix and discussing technique.

I whole heartedly recommend her 100% to any photographer, and look forward to our next shoot later this autumn when we plan to capture the wonderful colours in Nature. Very well done Julia, you were truly excellent :-) Tusen takk for en flott dag :-)

Julia is truly a rising star with a great personality and her energy, professionalism, and sheer creativity were nothing short of exemplary. She was focused, positive and chatty throughout. I was really impressed by her flexibility and confidence.
