Had a lovely shoot with Jon whilst on tour in Norwich. The shoot was super short but we got a lot done ! wasnt too sure about the no makeup shots haha!! but was happy to try it . Jon took some adorable headshots of me and some had some really cool ideas. It refreshing to see someone who still has a passion and spark for their work.

Had a cheeky cup of tea with his beautiful wife also ! couldn't have asked for a better start to the day ! Im still going through the images, but i know there are loads i adore !

More than happy to shoot again ! and also happy to recommend .

This was my second shoot with Jon after a long break from modelling in general. His pre-shoot comms were clear as always and he is a pleasure to work with - professional and friendly.

His directions are fantastic and he communicates his ideas clearly.

Shooting with Jon is simply a joy - not least because he’s such an awesome human, but also because he strives to push himself with his photography all the time and always try to create something different. :)

Our latest time working together was no different... Massively overdue mind you; I’d finally managed to sort my life out and get back down to Norwich - of course Jon is very high on that go-to list of people to contact. I was over the moon when he confirmed he was available. :D This time I was popping through Norwich on a flying visit - my travels were zig-zag (as per usual haha!) but Jon really helped me by also offering accommodation for the evening before our shoot which meant that I could get up the next morning (the day of our shoot) and leisurely get myself ready with my workout and everything before an UBER productive shoot with Jon and then continue my tour. :D No travelling on the morning or “have I got everything” when leaving a hotel. What a star - I literally recommend him just for kindly providing this extra offering on my travels with a safe/snug place to crash and being well looked after with lovely company from Jon and his partner Honia. :)

Then we got down to shooting: and our time flew by (of course!) there were a number of concepts Jon had in mind that he wanted to try - brains at the ready with some very creative briefs. :D So we were on with double exposures and silhouettes for starters and then it was all about the customised outfits! Cute printed tee’s to a fabulous knitted number produced by Jon and Honia themselves - really added an epic twist to the pictures. :) Jon’s place offers sublime scope for shooting as well: he really has set things up in ingenious ways, and literally turns the house around transforming it into a multi-purpose studio in no time at all! Hence the environment and backdrops for all our idea pursuits were spot-on in every way. The rest is Jon getting savvy with his lighting and producing the sheer awesomeness (no other possible description) in the back of his camera! :D

The rapport is routinely savage. Jon is such a cool chap and gelling with him is no effort! He clearly knows his stuff and slays composition/lighting with a clear vision of what he’s aiming to achieve... But he also really values what the models bring too. It’s teamwork all-round in a highly harmonious work setting. You couldn’t ask for anything else. :)

And it goes without saying that Jon operates with every degree of professionalism to make models feel comfortable and content at all times whilst at his. He respects the models with their work styles and levels and offers 5 star hospitality to ensure a positive working space for all.

Just a legend really! :D

This is the second time I have worked with Jon and he is incredible at his craft. Jon was very welcoming with coffee and cake and was excellent at directing the shoot and communicating his vision. This was my first shoot with Jon and my first time shooting with no makeup! Whilst taking a step out of my comfort zone for this shoot I was so pleased I did :) Jon’s pre-shoot communication was excellent and he was great at giving direction and making sure I was comfortable and enjoying the shoot, definitely recommend!

Another great shoot with Jon, he is a truly lovely chap and we get along really well, fast and detailed pre-comms too. We did some edgier themes this time including a silent hill inspired blur effect set and some mood shots with me in a military style coat. Can't wait to see more of the finished results! This was my first shoot with Jon and we shot at his home studio. We worked on his Bare and Unadorned series - of which I love the idea. He gave great directions so we could perfect each shot and his pre-shoot communications were excellent. I highly recommend him and look forward to working together in the future!

Me and Jon always hava a great, relaxed time whenever we shoot together, this time we focused on some art nudeand experimented with various lighting setups. We also did some grungy fashion with me delighting in stomping about in huge boots! Looking forward to going through all the photos and choosing some edits.

Another great shoot with Jon, he is always so welcoming and likes to have a laugh which always goes down well with me! We focused on sweetly intimate art nude/gg duo themes and it all went smoothly. Jon is precise with his lighting and directing so he can get the best shot possible. Looking forward to the next shoot!

First time working with John. When he first messaged me to be part of his bare and un adorned series I was so excited! I thought wow how lovely, in an industry where fake is promoted, how nice would it be to be “me” for a change. It was scary to think about but once I saw the images I was shocked at how much I liked my bare self. It was a huge confidence boost for me. John is a lovely person, bought me croissant from the shop and everything. Lots of coffe and lots of breaks. He was so good at directing me too and was very encouraging which is always nice. I just really enjoyed it and I would happily reccomend him to anyone for sure. Thanks for a great shoot.

Had a fantastic first shoot with Jon today, where we worked on his new Bare and Unadorned project.

Jon is a great guy who makes you feel very comfortable in front of the camera. Pre comms were excellent. The set was very comfortable and relaxed throughout and I was supplied with tea, which is literally the way to my heart!!

Thanks Jon for the great first shoot. I really enjoyed it and can't wait to see the photos. Would love to work with you again...

Jon is a very creative guy. Fab ideas and great communication. I made up a model for an alternative grunge Harley Quinn makeup look with a SFX/blood/gore Chelsea grin for a shoot. Lovely relaxed atmosphere on set. I was kept fueled with coffee and great conversation with both Jon and the model. Highly recommend for creative artworks.

Pre - comms were great and Jon is a true professional. Despite (me) having a few coughing attacks Jon was very patient and kind.

I just loved working with Jon! He was the most helpful gentleman when I was planning my recent tour: there were various dates for me to coordinate in the Norwich area and travel to calculate between places so that it all flowed nicely and Jon was a breath of fresh-air/so easy going when I was initially bouncing dates back and forth trying to get my trip into order! Amazing pre-shoot communications, no bother at all and I had my own parking permit lent upon arrival whilst this kind and courteous chap helped me with my mass of stuff.

There was tea upon arrival - speciality tea! Yum! Jon had the kettle on right away and was ready with his gallery to show me what he had been creating around the project we were planning to shoot that afternoon. He's got a genuinely creative approach to his work and a fantastic eye for lighting - we worked at his home studio and I was honestly blown away with how well he utilises his space to create good quality images. One of the styles we covered was natural portraits - we were onto a roll after the first few shots! Jon knows exactly what he wants and makes the image happen with such care to details: adjusting the lights accordingly, directing to fine tune the shot he wants and this applies with every set we did. He's most certainly a photographer who puts amble effort into his shoots and I for one would so overjoyed to work together again when I head back to Norwich in the future.

I recommend Jon in every angle possible! He is completely driven with inspiration in his photography, delivers an approach that is completely professional to everyone taking part in the shoot. I was met with lovely hospitality, even delicious cake made by his lovely partner and we had a blast working together! Here is to the next opportunity! Thank you so much Jon!

Had a great shoot with Jon on my recent tour to Norfolk. He was such a easy person to work with. Had a solid idea and gave great direction!

His pre comms were great and I knew exactly the plan! He was sweet enough to have scrummy chocolate croissants to eat :D

We got to do a hour of whatever we wanted at the end and had a dress up session, was hilarious and we got some really lovely shots! Cant wait to see the results!
