References for Jem Corsets

I've worked with the wonderful pieces from Jem Corsets before in a different capacity, but Sunday was the first time photographing them as part of an epic day long shoot!

Pre-shoot communication was awesome as always, pieces turned up on time and looked amazing!

The corsets photograph so well, the fit and attention to detail on each piece really stood out, and I was able to get some amazing photos on a range of beautiful models.

Can't wait to share the images from this one, and looking forward to working more with this amazing lady and her work in future! ♥

So very honoured to have worked with Jo and wear her designs! She was kind enough to lend me three of her really gorgeous and beautifully made corsets, she greatly enhanced two of my shoots!

She is extremely kind and talented - communications was superb throughout. Hope she is as happy with the images as I am and would absolutely love to wear her handmade beauties again sometime, what a privilege!!

A Shot in the Dark

I asked to borrow one of Jem Corsets gorgeous pieces and she agreed to send one out.

She was really helpful in helping me work out which corset would fit my models measurements.

Her communication was fantastic, she sent the item out in time for the shoot and provided me with a tracking number too.

The corset itself was the best I've ever used on a shoot, very high quality and gave a beautiful shapes.I'd jump at the chance to collaborate with her again!

It was lovely getting to work with Jem Corsets again as her corsets are so stunning and photograph so well.

Jo was lovely enough to send off the corset we asked to use as well as giving us the option of a back up in case it had sold before we got a chance to shoot it.

Jo and her amazing army of corsets came to pay a call last Sunday. And I'm delighted they did.

Jo is super to work with, communications beforehand were great, and when she arrived I barely had room to house the tremendous range of eye catching corsetry she'd brought along (let alone her corset mannequin which became a minor star). Jo's designs are fantastic, and I had the privelige of shooting some of her creations for the first time. In truth I could have spend hours simply shooting each, but we tried to keep moving along. In addition to the corsets Jo brought a great range

Thanks to Amy Harding for her great hair styling (and evolving make up artistry) and of course Petra Callisto for some fantastic modelling.

Jo was kind enough to leave a very fragile headset for a future shoot. There's no chance that it will survive a trip through the post, so I'm hoping it's an indicator she's willing to come back!

I used a couple of Jem's Corsets. on a shoot at the weekend. Pre-shoot communication was excellent, and the items arrived in plenty of time and were very well packaged. The model is very familiar with corsetry and she was very, very impressed with the quality of the items.

I love all jo's designs and was so excited to wear the awesome clear pvc corset she had made, as I had never worn a proper fitted corset before this I was also supprised at how comfortable it was to wear, her pieces are all incredibly well made, unique and beautiful and on top of that she is really lovely! Working with her and crm photography was great they are both friendly, professional, accommodating and super nice. We got some really cool images from our shoot and I really enjoyed it c: thankyou!

Though I didn't meet Jem, I did meet her corsets, on a shoot with CRM Photography. I've worn a fair few corsets in my time but I have to say that Jem's were the best I've ever come across. Incredibly high quality in a huge variety of materials. No uncomfortable rib compression, perfect waist cinching, and they sat 'just right' on my hips & stomach. I know what I'll be asking for at Christmas!

Had an awesome shoot with Jem Corsets alongside CRM photography today.

Absolutely loved shooting with Jo and Carl.

Jo is a super talented corset maker and her pieces are stunning. I've never worn a proper corset before and Jo talked me through the practice and broke me in gently when lacing me up! Haha

Jo is very apraocachle and one of those people that you straight away feel totally comfortable with. Excellent as styling and giving direction when needed.

Would highly recommend and cannot wait to see the final results!!

What can I say? Not only are Jo's creations amazing her shoots are equally so.

The amount of thought and effort she puts into planning and organising her shoots is fantastic. Jo has an incredible eye for detail and knows what will look great and what will just 'work'! Her imagination and eye for detail are on point.

If you get the chance to showcase any of her creations or even just work alongside her on a shoot, do not turn it down!

Extremely talented and a lovely lady too, would love to work with her again.

Had a Shoot with Jem Corsets a while ago and the results are stunning. Jo is an excellent corset maker with an eye for perfection and a pride in her craft. As well as an amazing stylist and in general a very lovely and funny person to be around.

I had a shoot with Jo yesterday, and it was simply amazing !!! We were a great team and came up with a lot of ideas to present her stunning corsets in a new way ! She is truly talented and really knows the product she is selling, and it was a pleasure to work with her, and to experience wearing corsets (first time for me!)

I will definitly be ok to work with Jo again, she is a talented designer and an adorable person !

I got to work with Jo a couple of weeks ago after I answered her casting call, I love corsets and she is so talented at making them that I jumped at the opportunity to model for her. She was waiting for me at the station and really lovely to talk to, she gave me a clear image of what she wanted and was a pleasure to be laced up by her. I answered Jems casting call asking for corset models because I loved her images and always wanted to model a corset myself! I hadn't done it before but we chatted and she was interested in working with me and we just went from there! Jem brought an awesome team of photographers and a hair and makeup artist it was great to work with such a fun group of people even though they knew each other and not me they made me feel very comfortable and the shoot was great fun

I had one of my favourite shoots to date with Jo and her fab team yesterday!

Firstly, her designs are drop dead gorgeous. She is one ridiculously talented lady. Secondly, her team of photographers (Val - Amazing!) - (Her partner, Chris, also great to work with and definitely one to watch as an up and coming photographer) and her MUA Kim (who was so talented) are wonderful people, all asking if I'm okay and comfortable whilst working on location and making sure the images produced are totally flawless.

I wanted to run away with the three corsets Jo had made! I had a great time working with her, her team and giving belly rubs to her gorgeous puppy dog Murphy (a model himself, don't you know)
