Had a fantastic UV paint/AV shoot with John today at his excellent home studio. He was very friendly, professional and welcoming. I was very impressed with his knowledge and direction. I would highly recommend him as a photographer and happily collaborate with him again.

Scarlett Blaze and I held a studio day at John's studio on Saturday.

The studio is great and John was lovely. John made us cups of tea, fed us and picked me up from the station and dropped me back.

At the end of the day we shot with John. John has great ideas and from what I've seen on the back of the camera the images look great.

Definitely recommended! :)

John is an absolute star.

Visited Cornwall again, this time shooting with Rosie Flame.

John was kind enough to hold our duo day at his and we also managed to shoot together at the end.

The day was pretty hectic but John was professional, polite and made sure everyone always had a drink.

I loved the images we created together and I hope to see him again soon.

Highly recommend.

Had the pleasure of working with John today for the first time.

I'm new to modelling so still learning a lot and building my confidence and he was sensitive to this.

I immediately felt at ease with John and wasn't nervous, he gave great direction and I thoroughly enjoyed todays shoot, it was so much fun! 110% recommend! :)

As soon as I returned to Cornwall, John was yet again on my hit list and working with him was the first thing on my mind.

I have shot with John a number of times and he is still one of my favourite photographers of all time.

I love his studio, props, ideas and friendly attitude.

He has a great eye for detail & I hope to shoot with him again on my next visit.

What a dream to work with!!! John is extremely professional, and so down to earth. Very chatty, which was perfect for me (I'm also chatty).

He knows what he's doing when it comes to shoots, and produced some amazing images. He was also able to give direction when it was required, which was extremely helpful! I had so much fun working with him, and was 100% comfortable :)

It would be an absolute pleasure to work with John again, and I can't recommend him enough! :)

John is a darling,

I had a wonderful shoot this morning with John, shooting both Alice Vandy designs followed by some other art nude projects. John picked me up from the train station like a gentleman and drove us to his lovely home and studio where we talked easily and openly about his work and projects. He's a kind, complementary and genuinely interesting guy and the few hours we had flew by. I actually didn't want to leave!

His pre-shoot communications are outstanding, he gives good direction and is supportive (which can be rare nowadays) and is very accommodating. His personal studio is fully equipped and professional. If you are a model/designer looking for a great guy with a lifetime of experience - he's your man.

Wouldn't hesitate to work with John again, fingers crossed for future projects!

Where to begin...

John is a perfect gentleman. Made me feel at ease and pre communication was fantastic. As a slightly bigger lady I was a little worried but John was fantastic.

He directed me well and the studio is just lovely. I'm very confident we got some great images as he kept me updated throughout the shoot, showing me what was being achieved. Would highly reccomend to anyone looking for a photographer.

I shot with with John for the 1st time whilst I was down in Cornwall for my South/South West tour last week and what a lovely shoot it was!

He is a very creative and genuine individual who had some interesting ideas and projects he wanted to explore at his wonderful studio....he's a whizz with lighting and set up the scenes beautifully, directing in a most clear & precise way, showing me the outcomes after on the back of the camera!

John is a fantastic photographer who has fun with shoots and is full of ideas that he captures in a fab way - I would most definitely recommend him to all, what a lovely morning it was :)

John had plenty of pre-shoot comms including some interesting ideas that he wanted to run passed me. He has a brilliantly equipped studio with loads of space and takes cool and flattering shots.

I had my first shoot with John on Wednesday. He is really laid back and put me at ease straight away. His communication was excellent and visited me beforehand to discuss the shoot. John is brilliant at giving direction and has great ideas to get the exact shot he is looking for and get the best out of me.

I am definitely looking forward to working with him again and would recommend him to everyone whether newbie or experienced :)

This is some belated but much deserved high praise for John. we shot last year at his fantastic studio. The studio is well appointed and gave us loads of space to work. John is an excellent photographer and gave us some fantastic images, some are even framed at home. He is capable bringing out the best in his models, I was very impressed by how my features were portrayed. In addition to this he is just an incredibly nice man and one I'd happily recommend.

I've worked with John twice in the past couple of months with plans for future shoots already in place. John is GREAT to work with. 100% recommended in fact. Great pre-shoot comms, ideas/mood boards and great to chat with too. Oh and impeccable music taste ;)

The studio is spacious, clean and warm. Ideal for studio days as well as private bookings. John's extensive knowledge makes him an ideal mentor for anyone new to studio work.
