John and I have been chatting for months about many things so when we got round to shooting today it was very relaxed and like working with a friend.

He gave good direction when wanting a particular style of image.

He arrived early and was ready to shoot swiftly

Had a great shoot with John. John is very professional and makes you feel relaxed. We shot outdoors and indoors in a lovely Manor House, We got some great shots and was a thoroughly enjoyable morning 😀

John was a gent as usual - 2nd shoot, at my home. He is willing to experiment with ideas and try different things. Nice and relaxed, easy to chat with and try out different poses! Some great shots too that I'm really pleased with.

I think this was my 3rd or 4th shoot with John to date and I can only reiterate everything I've said previously. John is such a very lovely gentleman and I always thoroughly look forward to working with him as I know we will create some fantastic images while at the same time spending way too much time chatting, passing the time of day and drinking tea!! This shoot was a little different for us as we were shooting maternity stuff but all the same John was a pleasure to work with, knew exactly what he wanted to achieve and and used his technical and creative abilities to produce some fab images - I really kind wait to see the results. Thanks so much John for being awesome and I look forward to more shooting adventures in the furture :)

I worked with John today at my home in Essex, He came fully equipped with his lights and back drop. He knew exactly what he wanted from me and we got straight to work working on portraits.

I enjoyed my booking with John, he can think on his feet and works very well with other peoples ideas too.

John was on time, keen to start and we worked well together producing so great images.

Cant remember which number shoot this is, but we had a great time and are planning our next.

Such a lovely guy, our chatty and relaxed shoot was a real pick me up after not working together for a while.

Can shoot all sorts of styles with John and he just takes them in his stride.

I had my second shoot with John earlier this week, and as last time he is a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time and after a coffee and chat we selected the outfits for the shoot. John is friendly, chatty (nearly as much as me! Sorry for bending your ears John ;)) and professional in his approach. I have no hesitation in recommending John 100% to all models. I had my second shoot with John last week and all I can say is what an absolute pleasure!! John is a really lovely guy who not only loves to chat almost as much as I do but takes a great photo too. The shoot had been a long time in the coming as unfortunately due to one thing and another we had been forced to rearrange several times and by the time we did shoot I was approaching 4 months pregnant!! I was slightly concerned that John wouldn't get the best out of me due to my "blossoming" figure but he was an absolute gentleman and not only made me feel great but from what I saw on the back of the camera made me look pretty good too!! I know we will work together over and over again and I very much look forward to shoot number 3 sometime soon. Thanks John :)

Have been looking forward to my shoot with John, as we have had it planned for ages! He gave excellent pre-shoot comms & continued to give great feedback during the shoot. We worked well together to capture the images and styles he was after. He is very professional and fun to work with! Time flew by as we shot today! He has a great eye & moves around to ensure he captures the best angles! I highly recommend him & cannot wait to work with him again! We are already planning our next shoot!

John messaged me a few weeks back to sort another shoot out for early 2017! We have shot loads of times before (maybe about 10?!) but yet again- it was another fab and productive two hours! :)

We always chat away but ALWAYS get loads of lovely new images too!

Had another super shoot with John this morning!

He was kind enough to collect me from where I was staying and then drop me back off too :)

We shot at Saracen House studio and played around with different lighting set ups/outfits and gels. His communication before the shoot is always fab and you know exactly what is going on and what you need to bring :)

He's incredibly chatty and makes you feel really comfortable.

Always enjoy working with him and catching up, hope to see him again soon!

Can you believe it? My first time shooting with John on Friday 13th!!!

But did that bring bad luck?

Most certainly not!

John was a gentleman, happy to exchange ideas a chat to get a feel for our shoot. Trying various different looks and styles (with laughter and tea along the way too) he was professional, friendly and made the shoot thoroughly enjoyable.

Another great shoot with john. This was my first bg shoot but having John as the photographer really helped my nerves as I always feel very comfortable with him. We tried lots of different poses and it was lots of fun. I'm looking forward to seeing the results and of course my next shoot with john in a few weeks.

Solid knowledge of lighting, my bright eyes and dark skin pose challenges for many but Gem creative was up to that challenge as well as lighting up me and Katie

His focus is the comfort of the model or models so Gem creative will constantly check in to make sure the model is happy and things flow naturally which breeds a great shoot. This made by of us feel relaxed and happy.

Very easy to get along with helps everyone in involved. Funny, chatty, happy.

Gives great direction but is also open to hearing your ideas as a model and takes it into consideration.

Hopefully we will work together again.

I had my first shoot with John today and what a great shoot it was. The pre shoot communication was good and John was very clear on ideas, levels and so I was prepared and ready to go when he arrived.

John is lovely to work with , a great line in chat and very professional. He made sure I was completely comfortable with everything that we did, a complete gentleman.

I hope to work with him again in the near future. I would recommend him to all models.
