This crane,on the banks of the River Clyde,was used to load Locomotives built in Glasgow onto ships which carried them all over the world.Although no longet in use,it still stands as a memorial to Glasgows engineering past.Nearby you can see the Clyde Auditorium(known locally as the Armadillo)& the SSE Hydro.
