Really fun shoot with John yesterday, I loved it! He was friendly, chatty, professional and very easygoing. He made me feel very comfortable and had brilliant creative ideas which I love. He also gave very good directions as well as allowing me to pose freely.

I hope to shoot with John again soon. Highly recommend!

I had a very enjoyable, relaxing and productive shoot with John Efenci.

I was so happy that we had a shoot in the diary on his visit to London. Communication has been perfect from when he initially contacted me and on arrival, he was super welcoming and friendly.

Such a laid back, but a professional gentleman to shoot with and the shots we got were stunning.

Highly recommended and I do hope that we can shoot again in the future.

Had an absolutely fantastic first shoot with John yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. John was extremely organised and all communications were clearly detailed in advance. John is friendly, respectful, professional and all round top bloke. I was equally impressed with the fact that Jhon takes great pride in his photography with creative ideas and attention to detail which is clearly highlighted in his fab work. From what I already seen we produced some superb images and worked well as a team. John gets my upmost recommendation. I shot for the first time with Carlo and Fabiana (@Faby at Faby&Carlo) just yesterday.

Can't recommend them enough! I had a great time, they are a fantastic couple, hospitable and sociable.

We shot a couple of hours and the shoot was very relaxed and creative. They are both lovers of light and shadow contrasts, it was fun to see them in action looking for the right angles around the house!

It was really a pleasure to work with you, I hope to see you again soon!

This has to be one of my most favourite shots ever! Not only was the place chosen for the shoot out of this world I was made to feel very welcome and felt totally relaxed throughout.

John was very professional and a lovely guy and so so respectful to me as the model he clearly knows how be a brilliant photographer.

It is shoots like this where you remember why you model and how lucky to be doing it. After shooting I left feeling inspired and so good about myself thanks to Johns expertise.

Has been an absolute pleasure to work with John, I feel very privileged to have worked with him.

There was some travel disruptions for me on my end, John was very understanding and had suggested to switch days. Full clarity of what to expect from the shoot was given before hand, so when I arrived, there was already a relaxed atmosphere to step into. John goes the extra mile to ensure full safety and respect throughout the entire shoot, it shows throughout his work and this is due to his insightful character. The shoot was set up to achieve images that we both wanted from the shoot, with all of my ideas being listened to. Conversation before, throughout and after, really has been appreciated by me, topics gave me insight on how to practice safety for further shoots. John gives such a refreshing insight to the craft he practices.

We shoot with John yesterday and to be honest I didn't expect to receive photos almost next day. When I received them my reaction was a pure joy and happiness and I start to cry from that feeling of beauty and intimacy of what I saw on the pictures. WOW! Literally WOW! Bravo and WOW one more time.

Pictures are so clean, beautiful capture of the moments, focus on eyes, focus on details, right focus I mean! No photoshop! Everything is pure and natural and the fact that its really YOU( I mean me) surprised me so deep!

The shoot: We planned that m/f Duo shoot less then a year ago, but couldn't find a right model for me. Anyway, some things worth to wait, and that's the case! John helped us with a model to understand the goal of the shoot, where we are going and how we should behave. The content build up very quickly, because of good communication between all of us. But I must say there a big work of John as a behind scenes photographer and director of the shoot. We also did some solo shoots, which came out amazing, because John knows how to work with models, he make you feel comfortable and directs you very nicely.

Trust: I shoot with him the 7th time already, maybe more, I literally stop to count after the 5th, and there is why. I feel safe with him, he never make me feel uncomfortable. If something need to be fixed on your face or body he always ask you to do it by yourself, never touches you. Super respectful. He is a good combo of punctuality, professionality and creativity. He helps you to improvise and be yourself, his English is amazing, he is intelligent person and every time I enjoy and work with him and just have a chat.

What else I can say, maybe that I just pray for the next shoot with him! And if you feel lucky just apply for his casting or just text him, book him and have a great time and afterwards get amazing pictures for your life/portfolio and just those moments next to the fireplace with wine. Going thru his pictures will be a good reminder of yourself beautiful. Always. 1000000000% recommend!

This week had the absolute pleasure of working with John. From the very first moment, communication was excellent, allowing the shoot to be organised smoothly and without problems.

The day of the shoot, we meet on location, and both of us made it early, giving us time to chat about bits and bobs as well as the shoot while waiting for the other model (who was in time hehe). We shoot solo and duo, and in both cases, he couldn't have been more professional. Allowing me/us to express our selves, he gave us a couple of guidelines and made it easy to work around me/us capturing the moment with perfection.

John is one of those photographers you are lucky to come across, and once the shoot is over, leaves you already thinking about what to shoot next.

Female model, male model or duos... you MUST work with this man, is one of the best professionals and overall human being I have encountered in this industry.

Wonderful first shoot with John. He knows exactly what he wants to achieve from the shoot and is oozing ideas and creativity. He is such a multi-talker, juggling cameras while directing & managing to keep the shoot fun. He is super easy to talk to and a very interesting character.

It was my second shoot with John. I forgot how great and relaxed it is to work with him.

I'll skip the part with his professionalism because at this point it is obvious he's impeccable. More than his passion this is his job.

He seeks truth in images and photographs me in my natural environment. I can have my hair however I want. I get asked things such as "How do you like to see yourself".

I think he just understood me very quickly and knew where to bring to conversation to make the most out of it. And it always puts me in a good mood for the rest of the day. The result speaks for itself.

That day i shoot with John maybe third time already. It was amazing as always, very laid back, chilled. We had couple locations and was moving from one to another. I like to work with John, because he see things which you cannot see from the first time, but if you look second time on a picture you might see it, but he see it from the first time. I like it. His style is raw, but at some point you get bored of vanilla.

Looking forward to shoot with him soon!

I shot with John today at his home studio after being recommended to join by Emma Elizabeth as her duo partner in a boudoir shoot. John is very welcoming and explained the flow of the shoot before moving straight in with set after set. He understands the use of natural light very well and it was intriguing to witness. He gave clear direction from the outset but also let matters flow in a very organic way allowing Emma and me to react naturally and have creative input. He is very efficient to work with and I can’t wait to see the finished images. I would thoroughly recommend John to anyone.

What can I say about my new favourite Italian photographer!?! ;)

John and I organised a boudoir shoot with male model DannyBoy1 stepping in to be my duo partner. John is very professional, experienced and a pleasure to work with. Before starting the shoot we sat down and had a clear discussion about his aim, the way the shoot would run and both mine and Dan's roles. As we worked through each set John gave us clear dialogues for us to start with and then let us spontaneously move as models to continue the narrative. He has a keen eye for detail and wants to capture real raw connections between two models, which is very evident in his work.

I would definitely recommend John to any model as he will bring out the best in anyone. Highly recommended and I hope we will shoot again very soon.

Had my first shoot with John & RoxyLovealt Yesterday and had an absolute blast! We had so much fun and the shoot and time flew by. Loved the natural atmosphere and flow of the shoot. While many other photographers might have in mind what they want before actually meeting me, John came over to my place to capture something more authentic, something personal, as he explained to me by message before. He adapted to my personality to know how to make me move, think and act in order to reveal my real face on the shots. And I do actually see me on those, since he sent me all the files right after.

I also have a sweetspot for photographer using natural light and shooting on film ♥
