Primarily all about natural light, locations and emotions... I like my photos to feel as though there's a story attached.
I've pretty much had a couple of years off from the modelling photography. 2019 might be the time to get back to it I feel... mainly with those I already know, or with people who have similar outlooks and visual tastes to myself. But I'm always happy to work with new people, should they appreciate the reasons I do this. Those reasons being to create artistic imagery... photographs I feel would be worthy of printing, framing... maybe using as the basis of future sketches, paintings etc.
I'm not interested in working with every model under the sun, churning out thousands of the same sort of photos, or replicating the work of others. I'm more about originality, having fun and random conversations, and creating something different and interesting in the process.
If this sounds like a similar outlook to your own, feel free to drop me a message if you're interested in working together.
I've been doing photography on a semi-professional level, as a side-line to the former day job, for over 10 years now. I started working with models at the beginning of 2013. Prior to that it was mainly weddings, parties and events that I'd concentrated on, with the occasional delve into family photos and pets... as well as those for more of a personal hobby such as concert photography, travel, wildlife, etc. In short, pretty much everything.
I'm a relaxed, friendly person, who doesn't take life too seriously and who longs to spend his time having fun, having a laugh, and ultimately making a living from something I enjoy doing.
I live in Manchester, but I'm willing to travel to most places should time and money allow.
I also have family based in Leicestershire, so it's relatively easy for me to work around there too.
