I have worked with John on numerous shoots now, from early on in my modelling career to more recently on a derelict location shoot and a studio shoot. John is an absolute joy to work with, easy going, a true professional, first class communication and everything a photographer should be and more!!

I always have such a fantastic shoot with John, we work well together and discuss ideas beforehand to gain the best possible images and results. I feel comfortable working with me and we definitely make a great team. I always love the images achieved and he always goes out of his way to make sure the image is perfect.

I VERY highly recommend John to everyone, book him now as you definitely wont be disappointed...a great shoot guaranteed along with amazing images!! Fantastic at what he does and a total credit to the industry.

I've been waiting to shoot with John since 2008.... it only took 6 years but we finally got to work together! Well... all I can say is that he was definitely worth the wait!! I've had a really enjoyable time working with him, and despite the weather being unkind to us, we still managed to produce some lovely images. We had sun, rain, wind and snow.. but we made it work!! John is so easy to get on with, fun to be around and he is such a talented photographer. An absolute joy to work with and I highly recommended him to any model. I'm looking forward to see the images and to work with him again.. which will hopefully be before 2021! Thanks John for a really lovely day :) Marla xx

I had the pleasure of working with John during my Scotland tour. Pre-shoot comms was good, he was already waiting at the station when I got there. He was very easy to get on with and felt comfortable around him almost immediately. We worked both in studio and on location, he is very creative, good with giving directions and knows a great pose when he sees one, he was such a pleasure to work with. I will gladly recommend him to all and looking forward to working with him again.

I had such a great shoot with John today. It had been postponed due to bad weather, but was well worth the wait! He is an extremely talented photographer , and very creative with excellent ideas on a shoot. WOW, My first photo shoot with John and what a pleasure. We had arranged a theme to shoot at Kinnoull Hill, Perth so it was a good hike up to the location and a very cold afternoon. He is one of the most organised, professional, enthusiastic and adventurous photographers i have worked with and i really look forward to working with him again. His communications leading up too and during the shoot were excellent too and John is bursting with unique ideas. He was also happy with me putting my ideas forward too which i love. I have worked with John on numerous occasions now and I very highly recommend him to all! An absolute joy to work with, always full of fantastic ideas and poses and always finds such top locations to shoot! Our most recent shoot was a beach shoot on the West Coast. We found a brilliant location and the results produced are first class! I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Book John now as you definitely wont be disappointed! I cant wait to work with him again! A top professional and an absolute credit to the photography world!

Only just noticed John on here so felt like leaving him a reference.

I worked with John several years ago now on location - it was a frosty cold afternoon and we went to a derelict house out in the country.

John worked quickly and captured some of my favourite images to date. He was helpful/friendly and very easy to work with.

- As a side note (and this says more than any amount of words I could put above) - I've actually booked John to be my wedding photographer in March 2014. So really put my money where my mouth is, I couldn't have thought of anybody better equipped to do the job (out of the hundreds of photographers I have worked with).

So definitely a positive from me - a HUGE positive.
