My major interest these days is Travel Photography.

Sri Lanka, literally the "Pearl of the Indian Ocean"

This is one of several Massive statues of the Lord Buddha(this probably 15-20 m long), cut over 1000 years ago from living granite.

Classic piece of Buddhist art.

I particularly loved the way the natural "grain" of the rock "shines" through.
