The very definition of an impromptu shoot - I'd been let down by a model and had been talking to JM about a shoot - so I messaged her asking if she was around - brilliantly she was!

Lovely to work with, very professional and with one of the best sense of aesthetics Ive encountered in a model, she was a pleasure to shoot.

Comms were always spot on.

Turned up ready to go.

She had many ideas about what she wanted to do.

Definitely a break from the norm - shoot with her if you can!

Very recommended and I look forward to another shoot soon :)

Well... what to say... professional, talented, lovely person.

From our first communication 'JM' has been enthusiastic, bouncing ideas of each other and planning a date on which we were both free. We finally got to shoot and it was VERY worth it.

'JM' is talented in styling and makeup as well as taking direction (when needed) and just going with the flow, quite important when shooting with me and when the weather doesn't play ball! Adapting from location to studio and back again, I feel we have some very strong images and would happily shoot again :)

Also very proficient at editing and using Photoshop! Book 'JM'!

Forest Moon

Some shoots are hard work to organise; this was easy.

Some models don’t communicate much before the shoot; Jobless Mermaid was lighting up my screen with questions and information.

With some models, you just know they’re going to flake; Jobless Mermaid was solidly reassuring, and totally reliable.

This shoot was so much fun, with so much creative input from Jobless Mermaid, including ideas for locations as well as costumes, and she was buzzing with more ideas on the day. She’s also got a good understanding of the technical issues and limitations, and was very patient with the constraints of a tricky available-light shoot.

Time ran out before the shoot was finished, and I’m hoping for another excuse to visit Manchester again, and carry on where we left off.

Recommended? Oh yes!
