Happy New Year, Jim!

We finally met again. We have shot few times before, and without a hesitation I agreed on the group shoot at the Tank Space.

Jim was very kind to offer the team a lift, at all times we were in safe hands.

The trip was long hence the importance of communication is absolute nessesity.

Jim has amazing taste in music, a wicked sense of humor - and by the time we were at the studio - I felt 100% confident about the shoot - although I have never posed underwater.

I highly appreciate the trust Alan and Jim put in me and us with Claire for this shoot. And even more thankful for so successful images.

Jim is an amazing person to talk to, and easy to work with and I am absolutely chuffed about the images achieved. Without a doubt -this was probably my very favorite shoot this year. Thank you for bringing the joy of the pose and inspiration back to my portfolio.

So we move on a week and I am back at Old Swan studio for the TFP event hosted by Jim and Chris Barral. Four photographers and four models at each sitting, then all change after a couple of hrs and eight more participants, then same again. Some would see this as a logistical nightmare but Jim just takes it all in his stride. Another great afternoon. I can recommend both the studio and the host. Thanks, Jim.

I hosted in partnership with Jim our Pure TFP Liverpool event at his Old Swan Studio.

Jim was there early ensuring all the small details where in place that add up to making an event successful.

Jim's Old Swan Studio is easy to find, affordable, friendly, well equipped with the added essential ingredient Jim himself.

Throughout our event Jim supported photographers with technical queries and support.

Laid on refreshments, made new models feel welcomed.

Until last week I had not had the pleasure of meeting Jim. But that all changed with two shoots within a week at his Old Swan studio.

Jim was a great host on Sat 23rd, everything was prepared, and cups of coffee were at the ready. I was shooting with two new models who had never been in a studio before and we had a great afternoon.

Full recommendation from me for a great little studio run by a gentleman who goes out of his way to make you feel at home. Thanks, Jim.

I had an absolute pleasure working with this Gentelmen on network event Smething special this Christmas" organised by Chris Barrel. At all times he was respectful, easy to talk to, down to earth and wicked sense of humour. And, although we did not have a lot of time to discuss plans, he was amazing at getting opportunities given work for our favour.

This was not my first time at Old Swan studio, as usual Jim had it well equipped and set up with a number of props available. Jim capsulates the phrase "Gentleman Jim" he is a 100% nice genuine guy, not only would I recommend the studio, I would also recommend Jim as a photographer
