Jim contacted me at short notice for a shoot, I was free and more than happy to come along to shoot.

Jim was great in pre comms, I packed a variety of things and hit the road! On arrival Jim showed me a few ideas he had, I showed him what I’d bought and we got creating.

Jim is fabulous! The three hours we had literally flew by. We had lots of fun working through different sets. Jim was always showing me the boc so I could see what we are getting, enabling me to just free flow poses. Jim is great at giving direction to get a shot spot on. He is not only a great photographer but his lighting skills are amazing too!

We only shot 2 days ago and I already have a tonne of fantastic edits which I can’t wait to share

Had the pleasure of working on Jim’s group shoot evening at Studio 58, and what a great shoot it was.

It was a really well run group shoot, I was totally left to style myself with a little guidance as to how they were lighting the shots. They shot both papperazzi style and one on one which I found to be a nice mix.

The shoot ran smoothly, I was always checked upon to make sure I was ok and comfortable and I got plenty of cups of coffee!

It was really relaxed atmosphere we greatly had fun and a good laugh whilst shooting. And to top it all off we all got some great images.

I loved being a part of this - it was a great evening, I have already booked to go back - would 100% recommend

Well what can I say this man is a legend . Had a fun day shooting , all of the props and areas to be able to shoot is just fantastic. He made me feel so at ease such a lovely man to work with and would love to work with again . Highly recommended

Had another group shoot at studio fifty eight which Jim attended and what a fantastic shoot it was! The ideas were flowing, the banter was just brilliant and made the shoot so much fun!

Jim has amazing ideas and is a very talented photographer! I would highly recommend him!

Jim really is a fantastic chap and a cool photographer. He was receptive to the techniques we covered ... picking them up easily from the start and putting them to great use.

I have now worked on various shoots with Jim and I must say he is great to work with, he is considerate to models and togs and is always ready with a word of encouragement and technical help if required. He always has great ideas for poses if the model runs out.

Jim is definitely one of the good guys and would thoroughly recommend him to all.

He takes stunning images and edits to a high standard.

I will definitely keep working with Jim and look forward to his good humour and fun style, not only a good tog but also a good friend.

What can I said about this guy, a lot of things. I have shot with jim three times on a studio day with a group of photographers which are like family and probably the best studio day I have ever had in my life. Being honest. Jim is one phenomenal photographer captures images so well and his personality omg I can’t stop crying with laughter. It’s nice to belong to a place where It feels like home and you can be your mad and crazy self with. His sense of humour is everything and I always get super excited when I get to work with him because I can’t speak highly enough. I just know we are going to have the best of fun, create some amazing images and laugh until we crack. Jim you are by far one of the most wicked photographers I have ever known, just the way you are makes it worth wild. I had my first shoot with Jim in Studio Fifty Eight at one of their evening group shoots and oh wow - what a brilliant and fun evening that was!! I have already booked another group shoot as it was soooo amazing! :) We also did 1-1 shoot the same weekend as Jim stepped in due to the last minute cancelation (thank you!) and the results we achieved were fabulous!

Jim from the very beginning made me feel at ease and made sure I felt comfortable at the group shoot as I didn't really know anyone. After literally 10 minutes I felt like I've known the whole group forever! Jim was soooo easy going, incredibly friendly, with a great sense of humour to the point that instead of posing, I just kept laughing! It was so difficult to get back to my ''modelling face'' as Jim kept on joking and telling us so many funny stories.. I need to say, I don't do many group shoots, however this one made me change my mind about them and I don't remember last time I had such relaxed and fun time!

Besides Jim being an lovely person to be around, he's also a great photographer, with plenty of brilliant ideas and impressive skills! He was also really helpful around other photographers which was really nice to see.

I had a great time working with Jim while chatting and joking around (probably more than shooting :D..)

Was lots of laughter all round, and made me feel comfortable.

I was shown photos on the back of some of the photographer's cameras, which is always helpful, and looked like there were great shots :)

There was a great balance between direction and also letting me do my own thing and get into the flow.

I recently did a group shibari shoot with Jim, 7 months to get it sorted because of covid related restrictions but in the end we managed to get it sorted out, it was well worth the wait.

A very fun evening with everyone involved, very professional, good communication even given the time it's taken to get this shoot done. I would be very happy to work with Jim again any time and would recommend him and Studio Fifty Eight to anyone.

UK MODEL EVENTS

Jim was great to have on our first Underwater Tank Event with models Ayla Rose, Gemma Huh and Millie May. This event was of course different to others because of COVID, he followed all safety guidelines, he was a pleasure to have and we cannot wait to see what you have created!
