Hi, my name is Jez and I've been photographing for 15 years and shooting models since 2009.

I have recently trashed 90% of my portfolio with the aim of starting over using just medium format film. After trying many different styles over the years I've found that it's the most honest and simple pictures that have stuck with me and which I still include in my portfolio.

My main interest is environmental portraits. Photographing a subject in their natural surroundings, whether it's home, work, or a place they've chosen that means something to them, adds much more context to a portrait, telling a story about who the person is and how they live their lives. My aim is to build each session into a study of each person I photograph.
