It is always a honour to work with Jef and let his creative mind and eye flow through the shooting. The atmosphere is always comfortable, dynamic, easy going and at the same time there are little breaks for a good talk to get to know each other which has an impact on the results of the further shooting, in a very good way! He knows how to capture the true person behind the model and at the same time captures this in a very powerful way because of his own style and creativity. Every shooting has a bunch of good results!

Jef is such an inspiring person with a big warm heart. I would highly recommend him to work with if you are a model and have the chance to!

The shoot was better than I expected! And I already expected it to be awesome!

I was really looking forward to working with Jef for a while.

We did a duo shoot with another model at his studio. Jef is welcoming, professional and has a curious nature that helps to form a bond with his model. I very much enjoyed the chat before and during our shoot. The shoot itself was dynamic, yet relaxed. And productive, judging upon the photos!

Jef is a true artist with a great eye. I would highly recommend him to any model without hesitation

Mr. Poldervaart is a figurative, occasionally literal, doorman of his photography studio in Rotterdam. His responsibility, as well as his philosophy, is to open doors for opportunity and welcome curious passersby.

Quite so, his openness led to an enjoyable conversation before the shoot that led to a new experience in modeling I never had prior. The location, surroundings and the music set the mood for the sort of photos you become a witness of. Jef's work spoke to me immediately and I looked forward to be part of the it very much.

Jef came to shoot myself and Bad Dolly in our apartment in Holland on Saturday and proved to be a very inspired & artistic individual who was an absolute pleasure to work with!

He is a respectful and thoughtful artist who has a fab way with the camera, setting up the lights and using the natural light in a beautiful manner, impressing with his lovely personality and his experience!
