STUDIO ONE upstairs - Climb 2 flights of stairs to our most popular studio complete with comfortable fully equipped model only dressing room, separate kitchen area - help yourself to a range of coffees and speciality teas with our compliments. Amenities include kettle, fridge and microwave.

Large walk in shower for when you want to get down and dirty, a large 4 poster bed, perfect for reclining, a lovely backdrop for many photos.

You can relax on a range of sofas and cushions or try Bollywood in our harem area. You can practice your artistic poses and flexibility in our 6 foot 007 white circle using any of our backdrops.

For our more adventurous clients try our dungeon room complete with metal framed bed ,many chains, whips and crops. Don't be shy.

We also have a Bar set with pool table, which can be flexible for a variety of pub type set locations

STUDIO TWO - downstairs - Come and dip your toes into our fully working water feature, stand under the waterfall and enjoy the feeling of being in your own little forest world surrounded by ferns, trees and grasses. See how many of our hidden wildlife you can find. ( the water can be heated for a small extra charge) - Please not we do not allow high heeled shoes in the water as it can damage the set.

Or if the beach is more your style come and relax under the Jolly Roger, build a sandcastle or just enjoy the feeling of sand between your toes.

We have a barn area with farm tools, hey and even a horse saddel. 

Our Newest sets (which we are just finishing) are a Medical Suit, should you want a hospital setting with a variety of equipment, beds and examination tables. - Please note no high heels are to be warn on the beds and examination tables as they could damage them! Not to mention o ur new Garage set. Both of these sets are planned to be available  in February/March  2024!

Disabled access to this floor with another great model only dressing room and toilets.

For all you photographers out there, professional and amateur we are fully equipped with various lighting, backdrops and props which you are welcome to use.

All commercial and video work catered for as well as anyone wishing to come down for a relaxed fun day of shooting.

Our studio is run and owned by female staff with many years in this competitive industry. If you require any information please message us and we will be happy to help.

 

Studio rates (Subject to terms & conditions, Please see our website or contact us for more details):

 

New Studio Hire Rates From Thursday 15th March 2024 Onwards:

 

Rates up to Three People attending (including models and crew):-

£50 - Per hour

 

 

Rates for Four or more people attending (max 12 people):-

£75 - Per hour

£250 - For 4 hours

£500 - for 8 hours

 

Minimum Deposits when Booking:-

1 hour - £50

2 hours - £100

3-4 hours - £150

5-6 hours - £200

7-8 hours - £250

 

For fire and general health and safety reasons, we do not allow more than six people on either studio floor at the same time. Meaning we can host a maximum of twelve people at one time this can be a mix of Content creators, models and/or photographers.

 

Optional extra for Studio Two (Ground floor)

(This must be requested when booking and would be included with your booking deposit)

 

Waterfall heater - £30

 

Bookings using the waterfall set with the water heater must be booked with a minimum of 24 hours notice (you can still use the waterfall set without the water heater).

These rates include use of both studio spaces rather than booking both separately.

 

Group Shoots or Events (more than six people attending)

If you are looking to organise any group shoots please let us know. We have lots of experience hosting these types of events. For any Group shoot where there would be more than six people in attendance (be they models or crew) let us know and we will discuss options with you. 

 

Should you be looking for more than twelve people per group shoot, we are happy to split an 8 hour booking into two 4 hour slots. This way you could organise two groups of unto 12 people for the same day.

 

Please let us know the following regarding bookings:

 

1) Any dates that you might be interested in.

2) Start time and length of booking.

3) How many people would be attending such as models, photographers/videographers.

4) If you would like to book the Water heater for the waterfall.
