References for JBM Photography

John attended a group shoot I organised at Art Asylum and I'm so glad we could add him to the list of photographers as it selfishly meant I got a second chance to work with him :) but also meant other models I knew would get great images. The setting at Art Asylum is very variable, but that didn't faze John whatsoever and he adapted to every area with great ease. John has a great sense of humour and our time shooting went all too quickly. He was a very welcome addition to the group and there was nothing but praise by fellow models and other photographers on the day.

If you get the chance to work with John, you absolutely must do it :)

John responded to my casting call for shoots in Half term and we met for our BoudNoir shoot on Valentine's Day. Pre-shoot comms were great! He had already put a session plan in place which gave me some excellent ideas on what he was looking for and also ideas that I could contribute as well. When I got to meet him he was ever so polite, very professional and was the absolute gentleman. The day itself went really well, we got on fantastically, and we got some fantastic images of which I am very proud. He even posted back the items I had left behind! I would totally recommend John and would absolutely love to work with him again.

When John invited me to come and shoot with him at his home studio, I took a look at his portfolio and leapt at the chance to work with on his BoudNoir idea. I have worked on boudoir before but what John is producing is just that little more elegant and sumptuous and very appealing on the eye. Pre shoot comms were great and I was given links to Pinterest boards and his website so I knew what to expect with our work. John was an absolute gentleman on the day, he has superb facilities (the best purpose built home studio I have seen) and I was very well looked after and respected. The results are amazing, not overworked and very flattering indeed and I can't stop looking at them...nor can my husband! 😀

I highly recommend John and would certainly work with him again given the chance.

Really lovely guy and easy to get along with.

He explained thouroughly what he wanted to achieve with the images he was taking and gave good direction. Very professional manner I wouldn't hesitate to work for him again. Highly recommend :)

I shot with John for a second time at Trinity Church Studios and had a most fabulous time!

He is very professional and friendly, armed with wonderful ideas which were a lot of fun to put into practice....he has a knack for framing beautifully, setting up the scenes equally so, whilst directing clearly and precisely!

John is a fabulous photographer & individual who has a fantastic way with the camera, he is most definitely recommended by me - he will not disappoint peeps :)

Hand my first shoot with John and what a cracker it was! We covered a range of set ups ranging from lingerie, sheer and topless. John is very considerate and courteous, fuelled with plenty of cups of tea and we got some fab-u-loud shots! I look forward to working with John again in the near future :) thanks john, highly recommended!

Had my first shoot with John the other day and i really enjoyed it! We shot in his beautifull studio and mannaged to go through quite a few set ups. We experimented with lights and he welcomed my input and the ideas i had. He knew exactly the effects he wanted and knew exactly how to achieve them. John is great to work with, hope to work with him again! Absolutely reccomend! :)

Working with John at Mark Cleg's photographic workshop in a stunning location last week was a wonderful experience indeed!

John has an affinity with the camera, using the available light & studio equipment to perfection whilst directing beautifully and giving great feedback!

He is a fantastic photographer who is a true gentleman, I can't recommend him enough guys :)

I had a shoot with JBM photography a few weeks ago, and loved every second! It's rare to find someone with such flair for creative lighting and style. His attention to detail is brilliant, and his on set demeanour is charming. Would gladly work with him again- thoroughly recommended.

Had my second shoot with John on Sunday and it was just as fun as the first, if not better :D John has come a long way since we last shot and he's so confident in what he wants to get out of a shoot now! It was a nice, relaxed and laid back shoot, we had some laughs, did some serious faces and just went a long at our own pace. The pre shoot comms were fab right up until we met on the day.

I highly recommend John and look forward to working with him again in the future!

By far one of the best shoots I've done, John was brilliant. Very good lead up to the shoot with lots of communication and gave a good idea of what he was looking for from the shoot. The shoot its self was very good and a great laugh, got some amazing photos too.

Couldn't recommend John enough and I can't wait to work with him again

I was given the oppertunity to work with John in the capacity of being part of a training video with his mentor mark cleghorn,

it was a great experience to work with them both in that environment,

and I have the most stunning images on my portfolio

Had a great shoot with John. Communication prior to shoot was excellent. He sent me a link to some ideas which meant I knew what was required prior.

John gave me ideas of what to wear/ bring so that we both got photos we were happy with. John made me feel comfortable at all times.

Had a brilliant shoot with John. He is such a lovely guy and I really liked his concept of doing a black and white boudoir shoot. John and I kept in regular contact before/after the shoot and we also had a further discussion during the shoot to go through some ideas. This was of real benefit as i model as a hobby and John was great at directing me with poses etc. He has an amazing studio with all the little luxuries i.e separate changing area/loo and it was warm to which was a bonus. John is a real professional and I felt comfortable the whole time. I am really happy with the photos as they are tasteful and elegant yet still sexy. I would love to work with John again and I would highly recommend. Thank you!! :-)

This was my second shoot with john and like the first shoot i was extremely happy with how it went, john kept in touch before the shoot discussing his concept and ideas in detail and also asked for my input which was great,on the day of the shoot everything ran smoothly and i was totally happy and relaxed throughout the whole shoot,i am so pleased with the images i recieved as they are so different from any other

boudoir shoot i have done,john is a great guy and a fab photographer,i wouldnt hesitate in recommending him!!

Today i had the absolute pleasure of working with John. He is highly profesional, his communication is second to none, he is a true gent, the studio is amazing with great facilities and he make a good cuppa. John is one of my top 10 people to work with and glad I chose to work with him, John uses great equiptment and this shows in his images, we both had spoken about what we wanted from this shoot and because of this we got amazing image, that I already have a space on my wall for. thank you for your time today John very much appreciated,

What an amazing shoot i had with John. Great to meet some one who has a passion for creativity and being an artist. And when i say artist, i mean someone who is striving to experiment and push their skills to the next level. Great minds alike. There was no complexity, just pure vision of what we wanted.

John was a great host, he has a cosy studio, professional attitude and very easy to work with. I look forward to working with him again. And of course, next time more action as soon as i heal my injury. Can't wait for the final images.

Well what can i say..john made me feel very welcome and relaxed,John is very polite and easy going, we had time for a chat before deciding where to go with the shoot. as usual i had my bag full of stuff and did have what was required for the shoot, his studio very well equipped with a kettle to.. Thank you John. so looking forward to seeing the images... I highly recommend JBM photography
