John contacted me in relation to a dance/art based shoot and from the get go John was informative and clear about what he was looking to achieve. The communication from the beginning of arrangements was excellent, John created a mood board which gave me a great understanding for his creative ideas and I could tell he was passionate about his art. The shoot itself was extremely enjoyable and he was kind enough to let me see our shots throughout the time we were shooting. Unfortunately due to time constraints we could only shoot for a limited amount of time, however John and I expressed how much we would love to shoot with each other again as I know we can achieve many beautiful shots in the future. John is a delight to work with, I could not recommend him enough for beginner models as well as those who have been modelling for many years! He is truly a breath of fresh air in this community, his creative ideas reflect that and I can’t wait to see what else we create in the future. Thank you again for a wonderful shoot John, can’t wait to shoot with you again.

This was my first time shooting with J'Art. The shoot was organised to take place at his home studio.

Pre-comms with John were very clear and informative, this made sure we were both working towards the same vision. From the first messages, it was clear how respectful John is with others, as all of my levels and ideas were taken into consideration.

A full schedule was made by John, with clear information and details of the shooting plans. This made it easy for me to plan how to style myself and what I was working towards.

On the day of shooting, John made special effort to ensure I was comfortable and accommodated at all times.

When it came to the execution of shots, John was very creative and precise in his methods. This lead to some beautiful images!

I'd highly recommend for any model to work with J'Art. He is a pleasure to work with and highly respectful. He will also endeavour for the perfect shot by applying his technical and creative abilities.

I shot with J'art last month and in spite of his insistence he's a newer photographer I was blown away by his work ethic and style of shooting. We'd spoken for a while during lockdown and utilised the time to think up various concepts and themes and his ideas made the best out of both of our styles with his pre shoot communications being incredibly punctual and detailed in planning the shoot. On the shoot itself J'art knew exactly what to do to create some awesome images whilst being incredibly friendly and great company to work alongside. Together we managed to shoot through several looks and created some epic results. Would absolutely recommend J'art and count yourself lucky if you get to work with him

Fine art nude studio day at Synergy photography studio.

I enjoyed meeting and working with John for the first time during my fine art nude event he attended hosted at Synergy photography studio with all Covid-19 guidelines met so it is a safe environment for everyone. Our time together flew by with a good variety of images captured and wonderful results produced.

John arrived on time with various different ideas which we had discussed beforehand, his communications were spot on whilst shooting also and he was great at giving direction and happy for my poses to flow freely.

A gem to work with, professional, friendly and looks out for your safety also. A complete gentleman and very respectful.

He tethered his camera to his laptop so we could view each image as we went along which is fantastic so you can look at the details more clearly and slightly change things if need be.

I highly recommend John to all creatives, do not miss out on a shoot with an excellent photographer very passionate about art and photography, always looking to learn more and thinking outside the box. This was John's second time in a studio environment but he adapted very well and used the time we had efficiently. You would think he had been in the studio alot more.

You will have a superb time working alongside John and be very pleased with the results. I look forward to our next photoshoot.

Artemis Fauna

I worked with John for a couple of hours on a 1-2-1 tuition evening with Barrie at Pavilion studio back in August.

I really enjoyed the shoot and John was great to work with. He really listened to all the information he was given and was good fun too!

I hope to be able to work with John again next year when I am back up touring! :)
