I am a hobbyist photographer with a new but developing portfolio in model and studio work. My background in writing and performance gives me a good understanding of both narrative and emotion, as well as an empathy for performers/actors/models. I am interested in creating images that tell - or suggest - imaginative narratives, adventures, fantasy stories and other realities.  

At present much of my work involves bondage and fetish themes – often with a fair amount of post-processing to provide an element of narrative or fantasy. I have worked both with experienced bondage models and with models who are exploring this area for the first time. While I am happy to be contacted by models interested in this kind of shoot, most of my shoots come from my contacting models, either through recommendations or (just occasionally) on spec. With any model I work, with my priority is to ensure that they feel safe and comfortable. Bondage and fetish is a complex area: I take great care to be clear about the nature of the shoot in advance, and I am careful to stick to agreed arrangements and to ensure that the model feels safe, both physically and emotionally, during the shoot itself.
