Hi my name is Janet I am the co founder of J’adore La vie London's high fashion Cabaret and run DCC Studios east Londons photography & film studio which I co run with artist and set builder Matthew Lawrence. I mainly work as a model in my own home as I live and work at DCC Studios and have access to haute couture designs which come in/out the studio on a regular weekly basis. I run a full time production company at the studio and have access to a highly talented team so if you have a concept or idea in mind get in touch and lets make it happen! Kinoflow lighting, fresnel stage lighting full studio equipment for you to use as well as beautiful hand painted oil painted back drops, custom built props and MORE so lets make some incredible work together !

 

About me...

I began my career as a professional dancer in 2010 graduating from The Hammond School in Chester with a National diploma in Professional dance. Following further training i later graduated from Middlesex University London with a BA Honours in Professional Practice of the Arts and I have over a decade worth of experience as a professional dancer & model. Some of my most iconic credits include walking for Jean Paul Gaultier to dancing atRoyal Windsor Castle, Vogue, Def Leppard, the Ritz Paris,Harrods, V&A Museum, London Fashion Week, Paris Fashion week and Selfridges to name just a few. 

Since then I have applied my love and knowledge of dance, fashion and art towards a career in choreography, creative direction and stage direction, establishing  two creative and highly visionary brands dedicated to content creation & high end performances for artists and audiences worldwide- J'adore la Vie Cabaret and DCC Studios.

 

Skills - Trained in all styles of dance including ballet pointe, aerial hoop, aerial straps & burlesque

 

Styling & Mua

I have access to weekly haute couture designers than are booked through the studio every week

I also have access to a variety of different vintage style showgirl costumes and high fashion outfits through my cabaret J'adore La Vie that can also be discussed.

As a professional performer I am highly capable of doing my own hair & makeup and have access to beautiful wigs, if you have something specific in mind 9 times out of 10 I can usually recreate it.

 

 

Rates

My model rates start at a minimum of £200 for 2 hours and this would also include studio hire costs, styling PLUS lights by Rotolight (DCC Studios official lighting partner) 

3 hrs £300 this would include the above PLUS include an oil painted backdrop from the catalogue of your choice 

If you have a budget I am also happy to discuss this with you so we can come to a mutual agreement that everyone is happy with.
