I wanted to create a portrait which described the risk to our NHS are currently facing, with the ivy being the infection trying to get in, a friend who works in an A &E department and is an Educator described it perfectly as "despite the infection, it will not defeat us but make us grow stronger" I added the halo and light bursts to give it the feeling of a religious Icon
