So sorry for the late reference!

This was my second time shooting with James. Despite having known him for almost a year now and owing two of my FPI's to him alone, we never seemed to have time to shoot but I was so over the moon when we managed to organise a trip to Fishguard to shoot a mixture of fashion, alternative portraiture and a bit of surreal/horror!

I cannot say enough good things about this lovely gentleman! Kind enough to pick me up from my home and drive me all the way to Fishguard, James and I chatted and laughed the whole way there and back! James is one of the most laid back, chilled photographers I've ever worked with and it's easy to build a solid, comfortable working relationship with him because of it. He has loads of really cool stories and a fab sense of humour (not to mention a great taste in music!) but it's James' creativity that really stands out!

He's absolutely bursting with awesome, storytelling concepts and can't be beaten when it comes to new and interesting perspectives and angles! He's got tonnes of really cool props and clothing and communicates what he wants very effectively, whilst also being very open to my own ideas and poses. His positive, refreshing outlook on things has the time totally flying by and his absolutely beautiful images always blow me away - particularly his edgy, unique post processing! He's also very generous with his photographic knowledge and top secret shooting locations and every shoot is a new adventure.

James and I have a couple of pots on the stove for future shoots and I can't wait to explore his horror ideas (a shared love of ours)! Highly recommended indeed! Thanks for an awesome day out Hun - can't wait for the next!

Worked with James for the first time today and absolutely loved it.

He's a great guy, with fantastic ideas and great perspective on shots. His attitude was great, despite some rather trying weather conditions interfering with the shoot.

Can't wait to work with him again.

I've had the privilege of working with James a few times now and every single shoot we've done so far has been a great, very fun, very relaxed experience. One of the first few photographers I worked with as a model, James is a really down to earth, cool guy and made me feel completely at ease whatever we were doing.

With a great eye for exciting perspectives and loads of ideas, he has an impressive collection of props and horror themed goodies! He's very easy to talk to and gives clear directions to communicate what he's looking for but also gives you a lot of room to improvise and be creative yourself.

I hope to work with him again soon as every time I've shot with James, we end up trying something zany and different that produces brilliant results and gives us both a right laugh in the process too.

I've always been very happy with James' work and in his company. I'd recommend him 100%; particularly to new models on the scene that might be a little bit nervous starting out.

Having previously worked with James on a number of shoots now, again he was on time and easy to work with.

Considering this was my first shoot in 8 months, he made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish.

Would highly recommend him to anyone and can't wait for our next shoot.

Had my first shoot with James yesterday.

We had great first contact he was always very professional, he arrived on time yesterday and was great that whole day.

Very friendly, gave great advice and so far has taken some amazing photos.

Would definitely recommend him to everyone and would definitely work with him again.

I had the amazing pleasure of meeting and working with James yesterday and it was a brilliant shoot.

James had fantastic communication before and during the shoot, Had some great idea's along with bringing some props with him.

James turned up on time as planned, Was very easy to work with we had a very relaxed yet professional shoot.

I would happily work with him again anytime he wanted another shoot and would certainly recommend James to any model who asked.

Had the pleasure of working on my second shoot with James today. He turned up while I was having my last touches to my make up. Came with some brilliant props and ideas. Cannot wait for the images to come through.

with the weather we had tonight, we had to capture as many images as possible to make sure none of us got too cold! (well, some more than others) haha. In the short period of time we managed to capture a great amount of images.

Would highly recommend James to any model who's looking for work.

Had the plesure of meeting james for the first time last week on a horror location shoot.Found james is easy to talk too and a lovely guy.He came well prepared for the themed shoot including plenty of brilliant ideas and props.Unfortunately i didnt stay for too long so cant wait to see to images.Highly recommended to all models and mua's.Hope to work with you in near future.Thank you:-)

James is awesome! It's that simple. We have worked together a few times now but this shoot we did some late night location stuff. Great fun, full of ideas and as accommodating as always, I really can't speak highly enough of him. Some of the best shots on my port and James' so fingers crossed I'll get to work with him again. Uber highly recommended by me!

Worked with James yesterday for a retro pinup shoot in an American Diner. It was totally awesome. I was instantly made to feel comfortable around him and we had great fun. He is a fantastic photographer and extremely friendly. A genuinely nice guy and I look forward to the next time we get to work together :)

I had my first shoot with James yesterday and it was a great shoot. James as a person is friendly and relaxed to work with or do I say accommodating! He has variety of ideas and directs well but also ready to include model's idea. His communication before and during the shoot were superb and of course does treat models in a very professional way. Thanks James and look forward to a next one.

I got the chance to work with james again at my studio day at Eyebox. I am so happy that james booked onto my first ever studio day as i have come to consider him a friend throughout the time we have known each other and a shoot with James always flows with fun and ease. There is never a dull moment when he is around and is always able to come up with new and fresh ideas.

Pre communications with James were great (as always) and came extremely well prepared on the day bringing along lots of props to incorporate into the pictures.

Thanks for another great shoot james, always a delight - recommended

Awesome shoot today with James! I felt comfortable the instant I met him, he's so down to earth. He knows exactly what he's doing, despite him being extremely funny and friendly he is very professional in what he does and is an absolute pleasure to work with! I had my first shoot with James with staying at my aunty's farm in Wales. We had an amazing shoot and had lots of fun whilst working :) he was fun of ideas and together we created some lovely images! I hope to work with him again on my next visit in November. Highly recommended x

Had my first shoot with James tonight and had a great time. The man had the patience of a saint the amount of times I lost my glasses in one night. Nothing was to much trouble and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and he worked long into the dark (even using his car head lights for lighting)

James allowed me to look through all the images from tonight's shoot after and from image 1 I was impressed with what we had captured.

I look forward to seeing the final edited images. I hope to work with James again sometime in the near future.
