Ivan Kavaldzhiev

I'm a photographer, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. I started shooting in 2009 and really enjoy it ever since. Everyday I'm looking image galleries in different websites in search of inspiration. In addition, I always search for interesting articles and video tutorials about photography because I want to improve myself as much as I can. What I like most in portrait photography is that every model is unique and you have a connection with him/her with a different approach and this is always fun. One of my aims is to capture the individual beauty of every model and trying to create compelling image that will excite the viewer and connect him/her with the model's inner world.

My goals in photography include improving my skill, connecting with new people, not only models but stylists, makeup artists, hairdressers and so on. Without having a good team to cooperate with you are limited and can't expand your creativity to the maximum because you can't be good in every area. My favourite genres of portrait photography are fine art, nude and topless, beauty and studio but I want to improve my skills in other too - for example fashion and lingerie.
