If you wish to ask Phoebe about work then please contact me. Not because I am any kind of manager but because she's not on Purple port and I can give you a link to speak to her directly. Phoebe is 17, about to turn 18, and based in Hull. She does alt modelling but quite happy to turn her skills to more conventional shoots too. I have uploaded some other images previously with an Instagram link on there, but I've been told people can't find her trying to use it.
