Steel Lotus

I had the pleasure of working with Iain when after sneaking onto a shoot of his (sneaking in the sense that Sister of Sinister let me come and join in on the fun). Iain was great to work with; he has a great creative vision and he's very easy to get along with.

We were shooting on location, with some areas being tricky to shoot in, but he worked around sparse lighting, dodgy ground and two crazy models with ease!. All in all, it was such a great day, and the photos that have already been released look awesome!

I look forward to working with Iain again :)

I worked with Iain for the second time on Saturday, when we both attended a Portrait X shoot entitled 'arachnophobia'.

As before, I found Iain to be an absolute pleasure to work with both in a professional and social capacity. Iain is thoughtful, friendly, gives clear direction and always brings snacks and water! I feel that Iain's good nature and professionalism allow us to fully explore our creative ideas on set, resulting in outstanding images every time.

Iain is always willing to learn, try out new things and really strives to meet his full potential as a very talented photographer. He shares the images from each set as we go along, allowing us to discuss what is working well and what we would like to improve upon. This shows that Iain really cares about what I think and I value this very much as it helps me to learn as well.

Again, I enjoyed working with Iain immensely and hope to see him again very soon :) Thanks!!

Studio Visage

Iain used the studio at the last minute due to weather but he is always welcome. We couldn't recommend Iain highly enough as a photographer looking forward to his return.

I had my first shoot with Iain yesterday and I loved every second of it!!

He is so flexible and relaxed we had a lovely shoot in early evening in the most beautiful location! He has such fab ideas and made me feel so relaxed we laughed through out the shoot.. I would recommend him to anyone fab photographer!

Had a wonderful and creative shoot with Iain yesterday in Chartham, Kent after he applied to my casting call.

Pre-shoot communications were excellent, with Iain always replying promptly and with plenty of information and ideas. Iain was friendly, thoughtful and respectful throughout and is a true gentleman (he's alright with the camera as well!), even coming to pick me up from my home to drive us to our location. He offered just the right amount of direction, whilst letting me try out my own ideas as well. I'm confident that we produced some fantastic images - and we had a blast doing it!

I highly recommend Iain to any model and hope that I'm lucky enough to work with him again in the future.

So after months of trying to sort dates and times, myself and Iain finally got a shoot. Apart from the freezing weather and the on/off sunlight, we had an amazing shoot together. He managed to get me jaffas (always appreciated) as well as laughed at my bad jokes. He also did me the courtesy of bringing me a lightsaber to use for shoots and as usual, I went bat crazy and was swinging it around pretending I was a Jedi!

Highly recommended and would work with again easy!

I worked with Iain for the second time last Sunday. This time it was an outdoor shoot, we were planning it for a long time and I'm really happy that the weather was good and we didn't have to cancel :) I really enjoyed our shoot, Iain is so easy to work with, it was a fun and relaxed shoot and we managed to create a lot of amazing photos. Pre-shoot communication was perfect, Iain suggested some outfits and he sent me very helpful directions to the location. We were shooting in a really beautiful park, it was definitely a good choice! Of course there were no changing rooms, but Iain was holding a really big umbrella next to his car when I was getting changed so I could do it without being worried that someone can see me. What's more, Iain gave me a box of my favourite Malteasers :) And I love the fact that he has a hamster :) Iain is highly recommended and I really would love to work with him again!

I shot with Iain today as part of a group shoot and had a lovely time. Iain was warm, friendly and made me feel at ease throughout. He was helpful with ideas of things he wanted to achieve and took some fabulous shots! I was extremely pleased with the images he flicked through on his camera. It was an absolute pleasure working with this and I hope to shoot one-on-one with him in the future.

I had the pleasure to meet Iain yesterday at a studio day organized by Studio Visage. Iain is very friendly and relaxed and modelling for him is a real pleasure. I can't wait to see the final images and would love to work with him again.

Iain came to our studio day with Sister of Sinister and Horace Silver, he arrived on time got straight into shooting . He communicated with the models well and with studio staff as to how he's like the lights etc set would recommend whole heartedly.

Well what can I say this man is a legend and super fun to work with and definitely on my level. Iain really puts a smile on my face every time we work together even though it was only the second time LOL :) I was very happy to Have Iain attend our model day at my studio, 'Studio Visage' in folkestone and of course I was very happy he could come on down. Fro what i saw on the back of the camera the images looked really stunning and super looking forward to seeing the results :)

Yesterday I had my second shoot with the lovely Iain, he came fully prepared to shoot and his pre comms were great :)

He came prepared with a fantastic mood board that really helped the day flow. We tried a number of sets and Iain was really versatile and experimented with some lovely light set ups.

Highly recommended and hope to shoot with him again :)

Another shoot with lovely Iain who arrived on time super relaxed and insisted I had a sandwich before we start (best way to win my heart!)

Iain's pre comms are great and he is so versatile, we usually shoot floaty location niceness (technical term) but due to the weather we shot in a studio and Iain showed how great he is at both :)

Great with light, great with direction, feeds me, what more can a girl want?!

Had a highly enjoyable and jovial shoot three hour shoot with Iain today.

He came with clear ideas and a moodboard which helped us to create a series of sets, each working incredibly well.

Iain is a really great person to shoot with, easy going, friendly and we had fun throughout the session.

I worked with Iain at the end of October during the shoot with Faversham Camera Club. It was a pleasure to meet him, Iain is really fun and easy to work with. What's more, he gave me the biggest box of Maltesers I have ever seen! :) It was a group shoot so we didn't have a lot of time to talk and shoot together, but we are already planning another shoot and I'm really looking forward to it.
