Aspiring hobbyist and current student based in New York. I've just taken my first actual class in photography, and now I'm wishing to explore the works of others and share my own, and perhaps get advice when needed from those with more experience. I currently shoot with a Nikon D3100.
My main interest to date has been nature and wildlife. At some point I would like to learn more about photoediting and retouching as well. I'm hoping to put together a fuller profile of what I've done so far when time serves, but for now it is slow going due to studies and other concerns.
I've been sketching and painting for two years, and enjoy seeking inspiration from photography for additional ideas.
