Where to start with Helen! I had a thoroughly enjoyable shoot with her, she came well prepared with changes of clothes, lots of enthusiasm and plenty of ideas. She is naturally very photogenic, and takes direction very well - though this is seldom needed as she can pose well without direction too.

I would highly recommended her to any photographer, particularly those wanting to shoot fashion / portraiture.

Had a really enjoyed shoot with Helen and her friend. Helens pre comunications were great and made it easy to arrange the shoot. Even though the weather was against us, Helen didn’t mind the cold wet weather. I would 110% recommend Helen. I hope we get to work together in the future.

I spent a great day with the wonderful Helen at the Birmingham MCM Comic Con, No photos on this occasion, instead she was the host and the interviewer of a little film im putting together about Cosplay, something she's really into. She was amazing jumping straight in and chatting with ease to the Cosplayers and she did a great job for me... Hopefully i get the chance to do a photoshoot with her one day soon.

I was hoping to arrange a third shoot with Helen Mae, but she is having to take a break from modelling for a while, as she has so much work to do for her University course. This I can understand, and I wish her well in her studies.

I would reiterate everything I said in my first reference. I found Helen Mae to be an incredible model, with the most beautiful smiles, many different expressions in these smiles. After the first session, I did a montage of 72 cropped pictures, showing her head only, and all these lovely and different smiles, sometimes with a touch of mischief in those eyes. So Helen, continue to focus on your studies and your exams, pass them all, and then you will be able to smile at the camera again – and just let us all know when you are ready to resume modelling.

Excellent shoot this afternoon with Helen; it was an absolutely pleasure. She's friendly, chatty and just good fun!

Although she was a little nervous to start with she took direction brilliantly and we have created some stunning images, I'm really excited to get editing. Great pre-comms, wonderful range of outfits that matched the brief perfectly and an absolutely stunning delight of a model!

I did my first shoot with the beautiful Helen Mae - it was absolutely superb. My casting call was for models “. . . who can smile at the camera for every shot”. That is precisely what she did. Although she smiled in virtually every picture, each smile was somehow different. It was a real pleasure to photograph her, and I have lots of wonderful happy smiling pictures. I said, as a comment, in her album “What characterises Helen Mae, in her photos, is her smile - but in those smiles, there is a great variety of many different expressions”. I took 72 more or less consecutive images and put them together as a montage, in order to demonstrate this clearly.

I look forward to arranging another shoot in the near future.

I thoroughly recommend her – she would do well in the fashion and catalogue world, where they are trending nowadays, more and more, to show smiling models, happy and pleased to be wearing the clothes they are displaying.

Had a quick little shoot with Helen on location around Leicester. Helen is a super natural model and a very nice person, would highly recommend. We shot all on film so hopefully we have some nice images!

Helen was such a pleasure to work with! Very pleasant and friendly. We arranged to do an outdoor shoot but the bad weather changed our plans to do it at my home studio. She was well prepared and very enthusiastic. We mainly did vintage style fashion which suited her looks.

Such a pretty young lady that I can shoot at any angles and still come up with a great shot.

I was really impressed by her confidence despite being new to modelling.

Our shoot was indeed successful and I look forward to work with her again.
