My name is Heidi Rebecca McIntosh and I am a 21 year old model from Kent. I am currently studying psychology at university and I am looking to eventually use this alongside my modelling to promote good physical and mental well-being. I am a strong advocate for self positivity and good body image.
One of my main goals is to promote the discussion of mental health, good and bad. I want to reduce the stigma attached to mental health to allow people to be more open and seek support. I would love to help others be more mentally and physically healthy.
