Nude and Portrait
I am a figurative artist working mainly in oil paints. I run a number of classes including a weekly life drawing classes and some portrait classes, and I am always on the lookout for new and interesting models to come and pose for the groups and also for myself.
The life classes are on Monday evenings from 7.00-9.30pm and Thursday mornings from 10-12:30 and take place in a lovely hall in a village called White Waltham. Attendance is usually at about 10-12 artists but this number varies depending on the time of the year.
I also run life drawing and portrait painting classes at South Hill Park Art Centre in Bracknell and Norden Farm art centre in Maidenhead. Classes take place on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays during the day.
Life drawing models pose in the nude with poses lasting from between 2 minutes up to 40 minutes. It is a welcoming, safe and calm environment to work in and the room is secured so the artists and model won't be disturbed.
I also arrange a 3 hour portrait sitting generally on Wednesdays for myself and one other artist. Its a relaxed session where the model will sit still for about 30 minutes at a time.
