2nd shoot alongside 'Léon', and it was another great one, being a Christmas group shoot! Time flew by and I had a blast, however he remained professional throughout, carrying the show! Thoroughly recommend!

Although Leon is a photographer, he booked me for a Halloween group shoot to duo shoot alongside him as model. There was also an MUA organised for the shoot. Pre shoot comms was great. He offered to pick me up and drop me off home, and whilst this isn't something I'd normally do with an unknown person to me, there were no concerns and he put me at ease throughout. The shoot was amazing, everyone was professional and I had a blast! Would recommend!

I have worked with Leon on a number of shoots, each one more enjoyable than the last ! This time I was invited to model for a teaching workshop that they were running at studio F2.8 in Darlington and of course I jumped at the chance!

Communication was great - as ever- and at the studio made a point of introducing me to the group and having a few moments for us all to chat and bond ! The group were also lovely and enthusiastic and really listened and respected Leon, further proving what a great photographer and teacher he is .

Always respectful, thoughtful and considerate , I cannot speak highly enough of this artist and look forward to our next creative endeavour !

Leon has a high standard of pre-communications, and most of what was executed on the shoot was thoroughly discussed prior to the shoot. He was open to suggestions related to the execution of the idea and surrounding themes on the shoot itself. He knew how to direct me and the other model to get the desired image, while using our experience and skill as models to then put it forward and express. He is easy to communicate with, and always has more ideas - be it for the shoot itself, or others. Recommended to new and experienced models alike.

It was my first time working with Leon. He booked onto my studio day at f2.8 Darlington. He showed up on time and ready to shoot. It was really refreshing to me how many ideas Leon had for us to shoot. I loved all the concepts he put to me. He really is a great photographer and knows how to direct a model whilst still letting you put your own stamp on it. I cant wait to have the opportunity to work with him again.

Had my first shoot with Leon recently at studio F2.8 and had a fantastic time. A great professional shoot but very laid back and fun made me feel comfortable in a new studio. Had great direction for the ideas he had but also let us create the ideas we had and produce amazing images.

I have worked with Leon on many occasions now and allways have a great time modelling for him.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Leon again at Darlington's fabulous Studio F2.8. Leon approached me at short notice after a cancellation from the model he had originally booked.

I have worked with Leon on a few occasions now and each time is just as fun and creative as the last. Even with the added pressure of little time to prepare, he still had props and ideas to hand that he knew would be suitable for me!

Our 2 hour shoot flew by and we achieved far more than I anticipated. Leon always gives clear direction and brings great energy and laughs to any project.

I have had the pleasure of working with Leon on 3 occasions now, out on location and at Darlington's Studio f2.8 a few months back. Last weekend we were back at the studio where himself and 2 companions attended a fetish/art nude photography evening with Myself, KatyB and Kris Canavan modelling.

Despite the event being fully booked & studio being busy, Leon was friendly,funny and patient with the other guests, offering assistance to others willingly and was attentive to his companions as well as the models.

Always a unique thinker and with a creative approach to making images, Leon is highly aware of his surroundings and always eager to produce something different to others.

Within moments of working with Leon, he will have you laughing, feeling completely comfortable and confident and willing to step out of your comfort zone to even scream at the camera or jump while wearing high heels...and that's just the start!

One of the most respectful, encouraging and enthusiastic photographers I have encountered.

So if you are a model who is willing to try some thing different and give 110% while doing so, then Leon Russo is a must to work with!

Leon was a real pleasure to model for; an enthusiastic photographer with a clear focus for what they want not only from a model, but from an image too - but is willing to throw caution to the wind and is not afraid to experiment and be playful with the creative process.
